The provider, Aurora, was absolutely wonderful, answered all my questions, and was very informative. Unfortunately, she was running very, very behind and we waited an hour and a half before we were even put into a room. Well, no, an hour before we were put into a room and then another half an hour to 45 minutes before she was able to come in and see me. Made my son who brought me late for work.

It took 1h 55 min from the appointment time to see the provider. I was going to leave the provider office but was stopped by one of the personal and saw the provider in 5 min after that

This office and staff are wonderful. The hour wait to be seen was a bit much.

Professional, understanding and always available. Best surgeon ever.

I am experiencing a very serious allergic reaction from a skin protectant liquid that was applied to my wound. I now have incessant itching and raised very rough skin. I need to speak to Aurora maria about this.

Aurora was great talking out my stitches - it did not hurt at all. She was also extremely pleasant to deal with. She put me at ease

Aurora was wonderful, she spent as much time as needed with me to answer all my questions. She was very informative and pleasant. It's been a long time since I have been to a doctors office, that I didn't feel like I only had 5 minutes to go over my questions. My wish would be that all health care providers could be like Aurora. Keep up the good work Aurora!!

The service was great

Aurora is awesome. She spoke to me about everything that I asked about. I had lots of questions and she was very informative. And she took care of not redressing my area that had surgery on and it was good. I just really like Aurora.

Everything as usual was great.Only negative is that elevator in parking garage was out and there was no sign.I informed the staff they called and when I left the elevator was fixed.

PA Aurora was exceptional with her demeanor, professionalism and most importantly her ability to communicate effectively. She presented me with a memorable outlook on how I should approach my situation. I actually look forward to talking with her again. Which might happen.
