Dr. Fein is a gem! Tanisha in his office has so much patience and is always eager to help.

Dr. Fein's been a fabulous endocrinologist for me and I would recommend the facility to anyone. The staff's been very helpful and very polite and I'm very happy with everything. Thank you.

I was ask by my doctor to get blood work done so when I was taking out to the front to sign my name on clipboard and press the bell, i received nothing but attitude from this young lady cause it was time for her to get off she treated like a ruch job and I told her ill come back which im not .while she was treating me someone rang the bell I guess to have blood work done she clearly said she doesn't have time for this

Staff is always nice. Pleasant. Good customer service

The Doctor was amazing, but his staff except for his nurse and lab person were rude, not courteous and acted like they did not want to be in the office. They did not smile and did not greet anyone nicely. When I asked for an appointment, they did not act like they wanted to give me one. Again, the Dr. was great, but his front office staff leave a lot to be desired. They need retraining in courtesy with clients.

There is very poor communication between the provider and the receptionist's office. The office is not performing their work correctly.

Very professional and courteous

I've been seeing Dr. Fein for a few years and I'm very satisfied with the work that he does. Although I think that my levels of my TSH, T4, should be checked a little bit more often, but he's doing that now. He's going to check them again in six weeks, so maybe he'll start checking them a little bit more often. That's all.

Doctor Fein is absolutely amazing. He does everything he can to make sure that I feel in control of my Thyroid disease. Couldn't be happier.

I always have a good visit with Dr. Fein. In the past, there have been times when I didn't think test results were communicated to me in a timely manner. This year, he told me he would be getting information about a new condition that I am dealing with. I hope that I receive the pertinent information in a timely manner.

Dr. Fein was wonderful. The staff never got back to me when I called about submitting my healthcare cards, because I don't have the ability to make a PDF file. And they never got back to me when I absolutely left a voice message asking for an email address. These were simple things. The other thing was, I need to talk to the person that developed the AI system. What safeguards are there in place that if you become hacked, now the hackers have your voice and they can do voice confirmation for other services.

Thank you for all your work. It is appreciated. .. particularly as we plan continued care in the future.

I like Dr. Fein very much, but I'm not sure that he is seeing me.

Yes, Dr. Fein is very helpful and very helpful to me to try to keep my diabetes under control and is always available.

All staff members were highly professional and very nice. They made me feel very comfortable and eased my worries.

It was different from my previous visits over the many years. 5 minutes at most Totally different

I do not like having an extra bill to have my blood drawn by LabCorp. Whom said I could afford it? I would rather have my blood drawn by Lifebridge, the old way.

Dr. Fein has a tendency to go off the subject and pontificate. And so I was there greater than an hour, ended up two minutes over and paying more for my parking. He's a very learned man, obviously. But I wasn't sure how everything he was telling me pertained to me or my case, but that's all I would suggest that he keep his shorter just because it went longer than it should have. Thank you.

The office is always professional and friendly. Dr. Fein is well versed in his field and is always educating to new medical developments.

I'm very pleased with being in the care of Dr. Fein. He listens to me. I'm able to ask questions. I'm comfortable asking questions because he creates an atmosphere that is relaxing and honest. He does not treat me like an elderly person who has no ideas or no thoughts of about her health care. There's a wonderful relationship that I've enjoyed with him for many years now. I think he sets high standards for a patient and the physician's relationship in terms of understanding.

Dr Fein didn't inform patient he/she could leave after blood was drawn. Needs to say so that patients can leave without unnecessary waiting.

Dr. Fein takes his time. He doesn't rush through the appointment. Everything is explained very clearly. He treats you with respect. All my questions are answered. Top notch.
