Hello, I'm very pleased to be a patient of Dr. Insel. I've been a patient of his a number of years. I feel very comfortable and confident that he's taking care of me or my heart. And I realize I need to see him regularly. I might like to suggest I think like that office floor could use a cleaning.

There is no finer cardiac care doctor nor could a patient receive better treatment by staff than what I experience at Dr. Insel's office. TOP NOTCH in all aspects.

Dr. Insel has been my cardiologist for the past 20 years. I have full faith and confidence in his care and abilities. I am most impressed by his concer to investigate and evaluate the smallest anomaly that may affect my health.

Dr. Insel is highly professional and thorough, and he cares about his patients. He explained everything at a level I could understand. I was highly impressed with the treatment I got.

Why am I still required to wear a mask with this doctor? Why do I have to come back for the sonogram when that was the purpose of my visit? They let two other patients take my spot and rescheduled me for my procedure. My time is valuable and I felt the visit was worthless.

Dr Insel is very caring and knowledgeable. I can not think of anyone better.

Moreover, he did far more in one visit than any physician has in my previous experience. Just wonderful. I would have rated him as an 11 rather than a 10 if given the opportunity.

I know this may sound a little funny but it is always a pleasure seeing Dr Insel and his staff. He takes time to make sure you understand everything that was discussed during your visit in layman's terms . He also offer suggestions to what ever your issues ie. diet , exercise or protein options. His front office staff Crystal and Sherry are always friendly and welcoming. As busy as they are , always have time for a word of pleasantries.

Yes, Dr. Jerald Insel has been taking care of me and my wife for the last 15, 20 years. To me, I believe he's really helped me a lot with my heart condition and he saved me a lot of pain and suffering. So I think he's my cardiologist until I'm not here no more.

I must say that Dr. Insel is an angel. He is so patient and courteous and answers all our questions with concern. I would recommend him to everybody. Dr. Insel is the best doctor I've had in a long, long time. He really wants you to get better. Not like I was on the wrong medication for four and a half years with my other doctor some years ago. And I changed to Dr. Insel and he got me straightened out. It took him six months to get me straightened out, but he did. And I'm very thankful for him. So that's it.

Both Dr. Insel and his assistant, Hadassah Sanders, are both extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a detailed and understandable manner. They were very thorough in their examination and were patient in answering all my questions.

Dr. Insel has always been concerned provider about his patients. He provides excellent care I have been his patient for over 20 years. He is the cardiologist for both my daughter and me. I could not ask for a better doctor.

While listening to my heart, Dr. Insel heard something that concerned him. He then had his sonographer perform an echocardiogram and indeed discovered something was wrong with my heart valve. He then sent me for bloodwork and a CTA. He will follow up with me as soon as he gets the results back. Dr. Insel truly cares about his patients and takes his time with each one of them. He is truly a blessing!

I was please with Dr. But was a very very long visit. Staff was kind. They offered water. But maybe small lunch bags would very nice. Or fruit. A very long appointment maybe cause it was the first one. I may need pack a lunch next time.

This doctor and staff are outstanding.

I wish Dr. Insel would schedule his patients echocardiograms on a special time or day for echos only.,so it don't take away from the other patients office visits. He is constantly pulled away from a regular scheduled appt. to go to the echo.room. You can be in the middle of your health conversation visit and he is constantly getting a knock on the door. I feel like my time is taken away for my visit. I have left disappointed and upset because I did not get but 5 to 12 mins to discuss my health issues. I notice this chande since the pandemic. I feel like we are on a quick timer and fast tracked through my office visits. There are times we sit in the patent room for over 20 mins, after the EKG is completed, waiting for him to come in the room, just to get 5-12 mins to hopefully discuss your problems and hopeful get at least 1 question answered. Dr. Insel is an excellent doctor. He is just so busy with his patients. I just quality and quantity time is in the past.

The nurse/receptionist was exceptional. The manager was there as well and she was terrible. She was speaking loudly, trying to tell the poor nurse what to do when the nurse was doing literally everything. She was very disrespectful to the doctor in front of everyone. I even commented to the nurse about how obnoxious she was and she only replied the she is the MANAGER.

Yes, I'm having trouble with getting the results of my appointments with Dr insult sent to my primary care and recently I needed it to be sent to my oncologist. And she didn't get it either. That seems to be an ongoing problem.
