Dr Rogers goes above and beyond.

It would be nice to be notified of results from test taken and not have to wait till your next appointment which is months after the test were taken.

Checkout was a little confusing because it was not in the checkout place, and I had to find it on my own. The person checking me out was great.

The nuclear stress test was recommended. The X-ray part was not explained. Also, the reasons why the nuclear stress test was prescribed instead of the echocardiographic stress test were not explained. Why the level of X-rays is not considered risky, and why the relative exposure compared to other X-ray sources was not explained. The degree to which a healthy body repairs radiation dammage was not explained.

Visiting with Dr. Jonathan Rogers is always a good experience. The receptionist was just delightful and so was the nurse who took my vitals and performed the ekg on me. When Dr. Rogers entered the room, he was polite and very thorough in giving me a physical examination. He then reviewed my past medical history. Dr. Rogers is one of the best cardiologist that I know. ????????????????????

The doctor's secretary who returned phone call was extremely nice. The computer program to register was extremely confusing for an older person. Even though I filled it out one day I kept receiving requests to fill it out.

All staffers are required and polite

This was not a scheduled visit. I was at another appointment within the same complex a Vascular Specialist who based on her observation felt I needed an EKG immediately. I was able to be seem immediately to obtain an EKG by a technician. I was not seen by Dr Rogers or anyone else to be made aware of the results of the EKG or to discuss the problem that required the EKG.

The staff are very professional. My medical needs and conditions are always addressed.

Hi, the office was very nice and people were nice, but I just, I don't know, I just didn't feel like the doctor really cared that I was there. I don't think my reason for being there was important enough. We have terrible family history and I just have, thankfully, still some mild symptoms and I wanted to make sure that it doesn't get worse, but I just didn't feel like I was very important. So anyway, he sent me for a screening test, which makes sense, but it's also, it turns out to be the same one that my primary care had already scheduled. So anyway, I guess he meant well, and same one I saw 10 years ago. I thought maybe that would be a good thing, but my sister said I should better off seeing a woman. Maybe they'd care more. So anyway, that's all I have to say. Thanks. Thanks for asking.

Hello, The Doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. The front desk or registration person was not very personable. She did not greet me or acknowledge me when I came to the front desk for my appointment. When I went to the front desk I had to say hello. Also when I went back to schedule my follow up appointments she just looked at me until I said Hello I am hear to schedule my follow up appointments. Overall the Dr was somewhat friendly but the front desk girls and another registration staff member who was a little friendlier are not nice people. The only reason I would come here is because of the Dr and the proximity to my house. Thank you.

Very professional office

It was disconcerting to have to go through the online preregistration and then not to have my medical referral not received by the cardiologist I had to see, but everything worked out fine and my CRPN was able to forward an OK for my cataract surgery after I showed an abnormality in an EKG that she gave me in her office.

Impossible to make an appointment by phone. Also the doctor cancelled my 6 month appointment an I was informed by letter, that took 8 days to arrive (instead of a phone call), and was impossible to get a appointment that would replace the other. If I wanted something in the early morning I needed to wait another month. Had to take one on the middle of my work day.

I told the doctor that the medicine which he has prescribed, the Linta, is so expensive and I really cannot afford it. Normally, other doctors would give me samples, and I asked for a sample, and he did not give me any sample, neither did he give any solution. Thank you. That's all I have to say.
