Everyone treated me well; great staff.

First time ever I waited over 45 min. When asked about time ,receptionist still had me wait . I waited an hour b4 seen talked about it with Dr Saltzman because this has never happened. It's the newer staff. I'm not complaining. It has never happened before. However the 9:25 and there after was seen before I was which was the faults of receptionist staff talking and not paying attention. No worries, Dr Saltzman still the best and I will wait however long to see him. Peace

After two visits to this office, I'm delighted to continue with Dr. Saltzman and his staff. I appreciate the professionalism, the care and personalization.

I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Saltzman. He did my surgery. I came an hour and 25 minutes to get my appointment with him. So he is so wonderful.

All in all, my visit was very nice. Although there was a mix up. There were two people in the waiting room with the same last names and things got mixed up. I had to wait for my 11 o'clock appointment to come back at 2.30. And the doctor I was supposed to see left. I guess she thought I didn't show up for my 11 o'clock. Mistakes happen, but they need to make sure if there are multiple people with the same last names, they need to call the first and last names. And everything else was okay.

I waited for 35 minutes to see Dr. Saltzman before leaving the facility. My time was not considered or respected. After 30 minutes of patiently waiting, I asked the receptionist was the doctor there. I was told he was there and that I would be the next person seen. I waited about 4 additional minutes and was told that a room was being cleaned for me. At 10:35am, I told the receptionist that I couldn't wait any longer and requested my copay to be refunded. I felt uncalled nor was my time respected.

Happy to find this place and booked my procedure for November

I have a great experience. The desk staff were great. Grace and Dr. Saltzman are tremendous. They explained to me my diagnosis and the plan of care clearly.

Very unhappy that the facility no longer offers X-rays. It creates additional time , energy, and expense to travel to another facility to get what is needed for an appointment. Some people have enough trouble getting to the place and to add to their discomfort is not caring. So if you offered a rating on convenience it would be a big zero.

Receptionist was on the phone for over 13 minutes. Fortunately I had registered online so when the nurse was ready for me, I could go back even though the receptionist was still on the phone. One poor patient that was finished waited for quite a while to check out because of the preoccupation of the receptionist.

Even my first contact with this office was great - Ida, the person on the telephone worked to get me an appointment the same day (I had broken my arm 3 days before). Everyone during the appointment was knowledgeable, positive, and informative. An all around pleasant experience.

Yes, the wait was over one hour, but the doctor apologized and thereafter was patient and very helpful.

Robbie Saltzman is a credit to your organization . He listens, he does NOT rush you like some other docs and he knows that surgery is only the answer the nothing else works. He is a pro's pro and I am blessed to have him. as my ortho doc!

While we arrived early, it took over an hour and 15 minutes for the doctor to see us, which was far longer than I had ever expected

For a 7:45 appointment I would not expect to not see the provider until after 8:00!! The wait time was totally unacceptable!

I saw that someone had the same appointment time as I did to see the same doctor so I knew one of us would wait a long time and it was me. The doctor finally came in the room and he explained to me what was wrong with my hand.

All the people were very nice and making jokes treat us like we were friends they know for every I felt very happy and comfortable with everything

I wanted an appt with my surgeon but he was not available (cancelled appt twice). I need additional treatment/surgery but was not given a recommendation for surgeon or what type of treatment I need. I was hoping for more information and guidance.

Dr Saltzman's staff forwarded the notes to another provider as I requested. They also made a referral to a pain mgmt provider who called me to set a first appt as promised. I did not realize that Rubin Institute did not have their own spine specialist in the group.

It was very helpful to me

Dr Saltzman is very friendly and easy to have a discussion with. I feel very at ease when I see him.

I needed an appointment quickly because my replaced knee was painful and I was leaving to go out of the country in less than a week. Luckily Dr Saltzman was able to "squeeze" me in at a location farther away than usual. I am so grateful. The apt started an hour late because they could not get internet. That was as mot a problem for me.

I think the scheduling team should be retrained, as well as someone to notify patients when doctors call out, that would avoid patients from making unnecessary trips to the facility in pain just to watch the front desk shrug their shoulders without compassion. Also, there may be conflicting systems/ new accounts and appointments should be synchronized to avoid duplicate appoints.

The doctor was very professional. I felt extremely comfortable with him. Would recommend him for anyone with hip or knee problems.

Dr. Saltzman ask questions and listened carefully to gain understanding about my condition. He examined me and explained in detail my road to recovery. I am forever grateful.

Everyone was nice and the doctor was nice and knowledgeable. The only issue we had was that we got there at 4:10 and checked in. Somehow I got checked out and so we waited in the waiting room for over an hour because we were never going to get called. When something was said, we were told the doctor is very busy and trying his best but he's got a lot of patients. Thankfully, the receptionist nurse decided to double check and saw I wasn't even going to get called due to this error. Thus leading to being seen almost 90 minutes after arrival and over 60 minutes after my appointment.

Pleased with doctor's exam, it was to the point and in-depth examination of the injury.

Melissa Hastings, the receptionist was incredibly efficient, prompt, and definitely knew what she was doing to expedite patients. Dr Saltzman is a great doctor. He spends time with his patients, has a great bedside manner and is obviously very knowledgeable about his trade. He has a calming and smooth presentation that puts you at ease. Highly recommend.

All staff members were late and five patients were waiting before the first staff member arrived. The staff took patients in the order of their time of arrival and not by their appointment time.

I I wish he had given me paperwork with the name of the problem I have and or recommendations about how to deal with it. At my age, remembering the names of body parts that I'm not familiar with it's a problem. So I written summary would be helpful.

Would have appreciated the Dr speaking up more as I have a hearing problem. He spoke more to my children and they to me.

Dr Saltzman is a wonderful surgeon who fixed my patella fractures and provided ongoing guidance and expert medical care since my initial surgery. I recommend him to anyone who has needs.

I didn't mind the wait cause I was in pain and I wanted to know what was going on with my ankle. I feel that the doctor should have given me time to explain what was wrong. I feel that he was in a big hurry.

Dr Saltzman has been treating me for several years. He is always thorough and easy to understand. My visit required X-rays. Due to my limited mobility the technician Jean worked very carefully with me to get the X-rays done the way Dr Saltzman had ordered.

Dr Saltzman has an awesome bedside manner. He truly cares about the wellbeing and overall health of his patients. He is very open and honest with his conversations about treatment and other medical suggestions. He tries to whatever he can to assist in me having an better quality of life.
