Professional!!

Good experience but am waiting for the surgical scheduleer to call to set up the surgery.

The staff is extremely rude all the time.

I left feeling much better due to treatment and information.

My appointment went very well. I had two children that had to be seen at the same time for different issues. And Dr. Saltzman and his PA and assistant were all very helpful and knowledgeable and I just was impressed with the smoothness of it with two kids. Thank you.

The building accessible was a little hindering. Signs were not posted at each entrance.

I still don't understand why insurance info couldn't be changed.

They take the time to treat and talk to me not a number.

My appointment was for 11:45 and I was told to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did. I was not seen until 12:45.

I was sent home in one of the medical boots and the instruction, the lady who instructed us as to how to use it, her instructions were a little sketchy and we weren't sure really what to do when we got home. And I've called about it several times. We don't know how to inflate it or deflate the boot. That's the only thing that we didn't like at Dr. Saltzman's office, the instructions on how to use the boot properly. It was a little confusing and complicated. And we just want to know how to inflate it and deflate it for comfort when I'm using it. That's all. Thank you.

My appointment with Dr. Saltzman was for 1:00 pm. I got there at 12:30 pm. I had an X-ray and in the room at 12:50 the doctor was on the floor I heard talking out there but the doctor did not come to my room until 1:35 pm.

They explain in details not trying to push you to what they think you should do but live the option to you to make your own decisions

all the staff at Dr. Saltzman office were professional, personable and kind. Christina who checked me in & Wendell who took out my sutures. Wendell had me and my husband laughing throughout the entire visit. great people--very caring.

Dr Saltzman is always kind and informative, he takes his time to go over things with you and explains why he is choosing the path to your recovery and what the next steps may be.

Appointment time was the only issue. I was there early for a 9:15 Appointment but watched while many people came in and were seen before me and an hour went by just sitting there till 10:15.

Waited over half an hour past the appointment time, then felt like we were rushed through. We received a medical history form after we were called back and didn't have time to complete it. We would have had plenty of time to complete the paperwork if the receptionist had given us the form when we arrived. The actual time with the doctor felt a bit chaotic and not very focused.

I really appreciated Dr. Saltzman going over the MRI that done on my lower back (that was ordered by another doctor) because I was having problems with the right leg and hip where the knee surgery was done. He explained about the spine and the nerves.

Observed socializing and other activities among staff at front desks and rear offices.

Procedure was great results.

Dr Saltzman and his PA Grace took time explaining and answering my questions. Examined my X-rays and me to determine what I should do for treatments.

I had to wait for well over an hour after my appointment was scheduled and all I was told is we have a lot of patients. Then space them out better.

Yeah, I've been seeing Dr. Saltzman for over 20 years, so he basically knows all my information, plus upcoming information that I'm getting done on my foot, which he put shots in my knees. So he explained a lot of things about the foot surgery that the surgeon didn't even mention. So that's all. Bye.

Dr. Saltzman educated me about my issues, and directed me to another specialist that treats my condition. A very kind man.

He treated me as a person with respect to my conditions and as a person I have had another doctor in same field who was rude nasty and judgmental and horrible bedside manner but Dr. Saltzman treated me with respect explained everything well didn't rush my appointment was on time maybe even little early the staff was polite and respectful I would recommend him to anyone in need of a good doctor I feel confident and less nervous about my upcoming surgery he explained everything to expect and all risks and the treatment plan going forward I very much felted like he cared about his delivery great bedside manner and very kind and knowledgeable k am glad I saw him

First time ever I waited over 45 min. When asked about time ,receptionist still had me wait . I waited an hour b4 seen talked about it with Dr Saltzman because this has never happened. It's the newer staff. I'm not complaining. It has never happened before. However the 9:25 and there after was seen before I was which was the faults of receptionist staff talking and not paying attention. No worries, Dr Saltzman still the best and I will wait however long to see him. Peace

I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Saltzman. He did my surgery. I came an hour and 25 minutes to get my appointment with him. So he is so wonderful.

All in all, my visit was very nice. Although there was a mix up. There were two people in the waiting room with the same last names and things got mixed up. I had to wait for my 11 o'clock appointment to come back at 2.30. And the doctor I was supposed to see left. I guess she thought I didn't show up for my 11 o'clock. Mistakes happen, but they need to make sure if there are multiple people with the same last names, they need to call the first and last names. And everything else was okay.

I waited for 35 minutes to see Dr. Saltzman before leaving the facility. My time was not considered or respected. After 30 minutes of patiently waiting, I asked the receptionist was the doctor there. I was told he was there and that I would be the next person seen. I waited about 4 additional minutes and was told that a room was being cleaned for me. At 10:35am, I told the receptionist that I couldn't wait any longer and requested my copay to be refunded. I felt uncalled nor was my time respected.

Happy to find this place and booked my procedure for November

Very unhappy that the facility no longer offers X-rays. It creates additional time , energy, and expense to travel to another facility to get what is needed for an appointment. Some people have enough trouble getting to the place and to add to their discomfort is not caring. So if you offered a rating on convenience it would be a big zero.

Receptionist was on the phone for over 13 minutes. Fortunately I had registered online so when the nurse was ready for me, I could go back even though the receptionist was still on the phone. One poor patient that was finished waited for quite a while to check out because of the preoccupation of the receptionist.

Even my first contact with this office was great - Ida, the person on the telephone worked to get me an appointment the same day (I had broken my arm 3 days before). Everyone during the appointment was knowledgeable, positive, and informative. An all around pleasant experience.

Yes, the wait was over one hour, but the doctor apologized and thereafter was patient and very helpful.

Robbie Saltzman is a credit to your organization . He listens, he does NOT rush you like some other docs and he knows that surgery is only the answer the nothing else works. He is a pro's pro and I am blessed to have him. as my ortho doc!

For a 7:45 appointment I would not expect to not see the provider until after 8:00!! The wait time was totally unacceptable!

I saw that someone had the same appointment time as I did to see the same doctor so I knew one of us would wait a long time and it was me. The doctor finally came in the room and he explained to me what was wrong with my hand.

Dr Saltzman's staff forwarded the notes to another provider as I requested. They also made a referral to a pain mgmt provider who called me to set a first appt as promised. I did not realize that Rubin Institute did not have their own spine specialist in the group.

Dr Saltzman is very friendly and easy to have a discussion with. I feel very at ease when I see him.

I needed an appointment quickly because my replaced knee was painful and I was leaving to go out of the country in less than a week. Luckily Dr Saltzman was able to "squeeze" me in at a location farther away than usual. I am so grateful. The apt started an hour late because they could not get internet. That was as mot a problem for me.
