About Adam Zviman

Professional Statement

Dr. Adam Zviman is a board-certified cardiologist with additional subspecialization in critical care, advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology. He completed fellowship training in these fields, gaining expertise in the management of complex cardiac patients, particularly those with advanced heart failure, cardiogenic shock, and those requiring temporary mechanical circulatory support (MCS).

Dr. Zviman's clinical interests include the diagnosis and management of undifferentiated cardiomyopathy, severe heart failure syndromes, advanced resuscitation strategies and echocardiography. He is joining LifeBridge Health from an academic appointment at the University of Maryland where he served as the medical director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. While there, he has been recognized for his clinical acumen and teaching abilities. He was appointed to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society in light of these qualities. 

Dr. Zviman is a Maryland native and proud father of twins. He is a passionate Liverpool Football Club supporter and loves watching sports and spending time with his family.
