It took 3 months before I was called to make an appointment. My doctors office submitted my information 3 times, even though they were told previously that it was received. I called numerous times over the three month period before they finally called me after my doctor spoke directly to administration.

The entire team at the spine and brain center is truly outstanding. They repeatedly go above and beyond and show great care for me.

This was a wonderful experience.

His office staff and other providers do an excellent job of keeping me informed about my appointment and making my appointment experience pleasant and efficient.

The sign in process is different every time I come in. It can be confusing. The person peeling the sign in sheet peeled up 2 names at once and they helped the person who arrived after me, before they helped me.

I understand but wish I could have got an appointment sooner. As I'm a new patient Dr. Goldszmidt didn't have a history to go over. He was remarkable. He provided answers to doubts & questions we had. He made calls to get needed appts for referrals I needed help with. Before I arrived home we had been called. By Friday morning everything had been scheduled. We left his office with so much encouragement. Not only with his report & help but his presence & personality was so friendly & personable. Wish more doctors like him.

He was the first Sinai physician I saw when moving to the area, and he was so smart, proactive, and focused on my well being that I have concentrated my care for chronic concussions at Sinai. I think that that says it all
