I knew I did the right thing by waiting and going to an orthopedic urgent care versus a general urgent care! Everything I needed was in one facility! X-ray, cast, crutches, etc.. and all on walk in basis! Wait time was minimal! 10/10 recommend! X-ray tech, medical assistant, PA and surgeon were all amazing, kind and understanding! Hands down the best specialty urgent care I have ever been to! Thank you RIAO!

Alex did not F/U with me to let me know the results of the ultrasound for DVT. I'm still in limbo about the results. I checked the patient portal and there was no information about the results to review. The lack of communication is unacceptable.
