I was a walk in and I think I got seen very quickly and was very impressed with how things worked out. Looking forward to next week recheck .

Hello, I was very happy overall with the treatment. People were very courteous and moved fast. I would have liked to have seen the x-ray since they took an x-ray that showed a fracture. I think in the past when I had to deal with issues with bones either for myself or my children, usually I'm the doctor that shows the x-ray and shows where the break is so the patient can see it and understand it better. But overall I was very happy. Okay. Thank you. Take care.

The receptionist demonstrated unprofessional behavior during my visit. They were slow to assist patients and appeared distracted by personal conversations, dancing, and the use of inappropriate language. This negatively impacted the overall patient experience and efficiency of care. After being placed in the exam room, we waited approximately 15-20 minutes before the physician assistant entered. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive. He asked a few basic questions, briefly looked at the injured toe, and did not provide a thorough explanation or level of care expected. We were simply given a referral to a podiatrist after X-ray results showed the toe was fractured in more than one area, with little guidance on next steps, pain management, or immediate care.
