I had a balance on my account from my last visit-apparently I paid an incorrect co pay -I tried to pay while I was there but was told I couldn't because the office couldn't see that I had a balance and had to call your billing office to pay by phone-that's such an inconvenience! You should be able to pay a balance when you're there!

I don't feel as though the doctor was prepared for the appointment. It was to discuss prior test results

I enjoy Dr. Ali. He's a pleasure to be with. I appreciate his honesty.

Great Provider and Staff!

Ali was a true professional and allowed me to express my concerns and he really listened and provided medical advice that I needed. The office staff was noticeably nicer and more attentive than previous visits.

I waited 45 minutes before he realized he had another appointment(me) because I was not in one of his rooms. This caused me to be late for my return to work.

I honestly thought he was afraid of me - I never really thought of myself as scary - I listen but I do ask questions and I am direct but I ask to clarify and understand not to intimidate.

Very professional and courteous

Did not see my Dr. that I was initially scheduled to see because he was off. Was told he didn't have any openings until March 2026 even for established patients. Then they scheduled me with a PA. Not sure if he knew my history that well and if the tests he ordered were necessary. I feel that in this practice once they switch you over to a PA you're not scheduled with the Dr. again.

I would like a detail information about my test results especially how my heart is doing.

I definitely like the way that Dr. Ali explain things to me about my heart and what was going on and what they want to do to do the test to check to see if I needed stents or not. I can't remember her name but she came out and talk to me about the appointment. What to do made me realize that I should do it right away after explaining to me about her father, which made me a lot more comfortable because it was like we were talking at home or something and just talking and it kind of was making me feel a little more at ease and I appreciated her very much doing that Because I was quite nervous of course and I really appreciated the way she talk to me like it wasn't a doctor's visit the way she was explaining stuff she was explaining about how she took care of her father for the same problem so that just made me feel more comfortable so I really did appreciate it although I did forget her name

Lifebridge sends repeated texts even when you pre-register and several appt reminders. I don't have access to a computer so getting test results or notified the day before an appointment doesn't make it easy to get the needed information to them. The office staff and Drs are really nice and in most cases answers any questions that come up in person. I'm not sure how leaving messages works but there seems to be a delay to return calls sometimes. Other than that they seem to really care about their patients.

What needs to be brought up to your attention is, and I know it's hard to do, is very few parking spaces for the elderly, especially if they have a walker. I don't know how you could address this. Dr. Ali is a wonderful human being, he is soo caring , and rather funny, which I love..... I believe he is truly interested in the things I tell him, ...he listens .and even tho I am so old ,he doesn't act as if he is in a hurry to get out the door.....?

I saw the PA last time not my provider.

I arrived on time. I had to wait a little while, but that was okay. I was disappointed in that they didn't do an EKG on me, and I always get an EKG. I'm a cardiac patient, and I would have thought they would have done an EKG. All they did was ask me how much I weighed, what my birth date was, and how tall I am. He listened to my heart with the stethoscope, but I was a little surprised that they did not do an EKG.

When you call them to ask a question you always get a recording can never talk to a live person. There are times when I need to talk to someone at the office but can't

Dr Ali was great! I really enjoyed seeing him for the first time, he was knowledgeable and friendly!!

Obtaining an appointment was a challenge. No response from scheduling staff - later learned that person was off and rest of staff trying to fill in. Was told staff would call in new prescription that day. Asked as I left but wasn't called in. Went through weekend and had to call back twice.
