The care we received was excellent but the wait times were excruciating. We waited more than 2 hours for our appointment after we arrived more than 15 minutes early as requested by the hospital. We were there literally all day.

Has nothing to do with the provider however having an appointment start over 1 1/2hr late is literally unacceptable. I totally understand being behind and all as I'm also in the medical field but that is just absurd. My kid had to miss the entire day of school when he shouldn't have had to because of the timing of this and not to mention my work that had to be completely shuffled. It's not being respectful of anyone else's time.

Wait times have been very long the last several visits. Over an hour. The last time I was there, I held multiple doors for a woman and let her get off the elevator first. She went ahead and signed in ahead of us. We were there right on time and her appointment was 15 minutes after ours yet they took her first because she signed in ahead of me. This was extremely frustrating as we then waited for more than an hour after they were called back as there were no rooms available. Why would it not be based on appointment time first?

Provider was good. The overall experience at this office was NOT good. This was mostly related to the front desk staff being incompetent and not friendly as well as the person putting on the cast which was not a good experience.
