I thought he was very nice and very thorough. I just, when he left the room, I thought he was coming back, but he never did. The nurse came in and said, you're done. So that just made me concerned. Like I wanted to ask more questions, but then figured, okay, we're done. That's it.

Excellent staff and Dr. Patel takes his time and explains his treatment(s). Zero wait time for my appointment! On time and very professional.

I have an unusual problem and I am confident that Dr. Patel will be able to diagnose it.

Loved Dr Patel and it was my first appt with him. Spent a bunch of time reviewing my medications and spoke about the pro's and cons of each something none of my other Dr's ever did. Found him incredibly engaging, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good ENT Dr!

He needs to give more opportunity for the patient to ask questions. It was difficult to get a word in edgewise.

The front office staff were extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Patel was absolutely amazing!! Unfortunately, the medical assistant was not pleasant. She had a very bad attitude and was rude, it felt like we were bothering her or an inconvenience to her. I gave the overall rating as a 5 because of the MA. I know everyone has bad days but it should never show towards the patients. I would rate the front office staff and Dr. Patel a 10/10, so very impressed with both of them!!

Really enjoyed Dr. Patel and his staff. Everyone was courteous, helpful, approachable, and friendly. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Overall positive experience. However I had waited for a few weeks to see Dr. Patel. My pcp had already done a sleep study and this appointment was supposed to be next steps. When I was meeting with Dr Patel I was told that they did not have my sleep study report. I know my primary doctor should have sent it but this office should have followed up before my appointment. This was pretty much a waste of time for everyone involved.

I was really, really let down. I was told that if I needed help to give a call back, he would see me, but I think it was not him. I think it was the secretary. So I feel really bad that I was not given the opportunity to go back to him when he said that he would see me and a message.

Dr. Patel treated me with care and respect. He listened to my ENT medical history intently and started a plan to alleviate my current situation with my ear disease.

Dr. Patel is one of the best doctors I've experienced. His bedside manner exceptional. He explained everything in detail so it was easy to understand, gave me information to research and presented all options available for me. He genuinely cares about his patients and his staff was wonderful.

Dr Patel is awesome and very nice. He listens and respects your opinion/concerns. Staff is friendly but the new receptionist who does appointments is very nice and a welcome addition to the service. The nurse is very nice as well.

Not only did Dr Patel thoroughly address my medical issues, on the lighter side we also engaged in conversation as one sports fan to another. It was much fun as we both were knowledgeable and well versed on what's currently going on in the NFL?

The doctor was fine. No complaint with Dr. Patel. The person who took me back to the room was questioning my 2 medications for nausea like I was a drug addict. She said, "where are you getting this stuff?" I didn't understand why I had to explain where I was getting medication for nausea. It was awkward, and made me uncomfortable. I wasn't feeling well as it was. I had already been to the ER, and primary care for this issue. Got a referral to see this ENT. No one was aware of this apparently. I had been to neurology as well. Excluding my primary care, all of this is in the lifebridge system (ER and neurology). No reason to be questioned about antiemetics when I'm being seen for nausea related issues. I don't get it.

This was my first time with Dr. Patel. I had to travel further than I usually do for care but I'm glad I did. I will definitely stay as his patient.

I was very impressed with Doctor Patel and his assistant who both were very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

The doctor listened to my questions and answered all of them thoroughly. He got back to me the very next day with the answer to something he didn't know at thetime. It was a very pleasant visit.

He was able to diagnose my problem and set up a plan to resolve it all in my initial visit. I feel that Dr. Patel is very caring and trustworthy. My experience with Dr. Patel was excellent.
