I so enjoy my appointments with this office. Everyone is always so polite and professional. They listen to me and help me as much as possible. I am on a really expensive migraine medicine and they help me to try and get my medication by constantly filling out my paperwork needed by the insurance company in order to get my medication. I have been going to Dr. Amanda for years now.

Hi, oh my gosh, I was so grateful to Amanda. I feel like I have been experiencing perimenopause and I kind of didn't really know a whole lot about it. My other doctors have not brought it up to me and she was the first person to bring it up and explain it and I am so incredibly grateful for that. Also with like the snow and the inclement weather, the front office staff were wonderful about accommodating me and fitting me in and being willing to do a telehealth appointment and I was really grateful for that. So thank you guys for everything. I'm very happy.

I personally like Amanda but, when asked point-blank if there were any other strategies/treatments/medications we could try, she had nothing to say , as if saying there is nothing to do but accept my situation as terminal.

This to me is very important, it helps when I know I'm comfortable talking how I feel and I always feel very comfortable entering her office especially with her front desk staff, they great also. I would recommend Amanda to everyone who needs a neurologist. She's very professional and takes her time with me every time she sees me. This time she spent 20 minutes with me at least. You just don't get that with doctors anymore. I really feel like she listens to me and explains my options to me.

Denise office staff called day b4 to let me know of cancelation and scheduled me a televisit for next day. I was soooo thankful I could see Amanda. She was late due to some issue but apologized and gave me ample time to discuss my concerns

Carroll Neurology is a safe place for me. I don't feel ignored or dismissed. I know my care providers are up front & honest with me & I don't have to worry I'll get evasive answers or be gaslit. It's harder & harder to find healthcare providers that care enough to listen & are curious enough to dig deeper. I'm very grateful I have this provider!

I'm always impressed with the thoroughness of each person with whom I interact. I know the medical community is overworked and short staffed. These women do not take it out in the patients.
