Dr. Najafi was very pleasant and professional. The staff was also professional and kind.

This was first time that I had seen this doctor so there wasn't much history and there wasn't much more to do

I trust Dr Najafi and feel confident in his care. The practice is very busy but he never rushes me and listens carefully. I am frustrated that needed stress tests take so long to schedule.

Well, we absolutely love Dr. Najafi and his staff but they need another doctor in that office. He is extremely good at what he does and you guys absolutely have to get another doctor out there. It's just not enough for the area.

My appointment did not start on time. However Dr Najafi gave me time for an excellent exam. I'm sure the patient ahead of me was treated the same. So waiting was not a problem. Patiences need time and Dr Najafi treated me like an intelligent person, answered my questions, provided me with good information and gave me the time I needed to feel comfortable.

Dr. Najafi is such an excellent doctor, but his office is so very busy with so many patients. I think he's really pressed for the amount of time that he can spend with each patient. So for his own sake, it would be so good for him to be able to get another associate in there to work with him to shoulder some of the load because he is just so very, very busy.

Well everything was great except the waiting area during the testing. It was cold, chairs were very uncomfortable considering the time the total experience lasted. Better furniture considering the length of the experience would be a positive change.

Yes, I don't have any problem with most of the staff or the doctor. I think he's a very good doctor, but they have been short staffed since COVID. So I'd say, what, that's probably like four years. When I started going to this doctor's office, they had three cardiologists at this office. Now they have one and they have three, what's it, nurses? Nurse practitioners. You know, they need more staff. They need more office staff, a nurse or two, but one doctor can't handle.

Love Dr. Amir Najafi! So polite, friendly, and respectful, yet still very professional with what he does. He explains things to you in layman terms and doesn't do it in a way that makes you feel dumb or less intelligent than he. He just makes you feel very comfortable during the visit.

Registration staff was a little curt. Due to extenuating circumstances beyond my control, I arrived exactly 10 minutes late. She proceeded to confront me in front of others that I was late and may or may not be seen for the testing I was scheduled for. Then the next patient that came in she proceeded to extend the same welcome to her. You are late also. I just felt she could have been a little more tactful. I have worked in healthcare for over 34 years. The patient was always right!!!

I wanted to say 10 but then how do you get better?

This was a pacemaker check so didn't see a doctor. It is impossible to get a live person to answer calls. It always goes to a voicemail and sometimes takes days before they call you back Also there are usually long waits in the waiting room and then long waits to be seen by doctor.

Dr Najfi is AWESOME! He is interactive and has a great bed side manner.

Once inside the exam room, my experience was perfect. I still have trouble understanding why patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment times yet wait more than 45 minutes beyond appointment time to be taken to exam room. It would be nice to hear something from the receptionist like, "so sorry, but we are running a little bit behind this morning."

Recommendation rating is due to inability to easily reach out to the doctor. No number, text or portal to ask questions or communicate.

I appreciate that the provider explains things and is open to any questions I may have.

It would be helpful if the medical person would tell the patient exactly what she was going to be doing. I pretty much knew, but she didn't say anything about what she was actually doing during my carotid artery ultrasound. She just told me to move my head to one side and then the other.

for some reason the appointments were running behind extremely, 1 1/2 hours behind. I would have appreciated a heads up and chance to reschedule, or at least a warning of how long I would have to wait. I completely understand running 1/2 hour or 45 minutes behind but 90 minutes is unacceptable.

Dr Najafi is an excellent physician and he cares very much about his patients and their families. He is caring and compassionate always.

I understood, as a first time patient, that the wait was unusually long. Also while checking in and filling out paperwork, it asked if I was smoking, to which I answered no. It made no mention of the use of other nicotine products, I wish it had mentioned it so that I could be more thorough providing information. Nicotine products are very common with men in my age group. I felt as though the doctor may have felt i was being dishonest with my answers - I want to make sure he has all relevant information to get me the best care possible.

Dr. Najafi IS the Top Doc. He deserves all those awards on display in the lobby. I'm sure I'll see the one for 2025 at my next appointment.

The girl in the office Lauren is very rude and embarrasses patients. She really should not be working with patients with heart problems when she is so impersonal, unprofessional and just mean. If it wasn't for me loving my Dr. Najafi and the rest of the staff I would definitely leave but I love Dr. Najafi and have been with him for many years.

I entered the reception area with a room full of people in it. I signed in & assumed there would be some kind of verification of the online check-in that I completed. There was none. She did say there were 2 providers seeing patients that day. Although I was brought back to the exam room at least 20 minutes after my appt time, the medical asst/office manager did the pre-doctor duties soon after I entered the room. The doctor entered soon after she finished her tasks. Dr. Najafi took the time to clearly explain things in an un-rushed manner.

Yes, I've been seeing Dr. Najafi ever since Dr. Shibushi passed away, and actually I've seen him before that too. And he's really been great, and I think the staff's great, and I've never had any problems or issues, and I'm very, very fortunate to have him as my cardiologist, and I would highly recommend him in his office to anyone needing really great cardio care.

I didn't like that the fact that there were so many people being seen that after my IV was inserted and first meds pushed I had to wait out front in that waiting room for several hours. Also the chairs are SUPER UNCOmFORTABLE, if your going to make people wait for several hours you need to think about patient comfort.
