Everything went well. She definitely did her job to the fullest.

This was a somewhat perplexing experience. The provider asked if I had made appointments for referrals..no referrals had been provided to me at the hospital. Provider said this was because I had left the hospital early. This isn't true. I was discharged. No referrals were provided. Provider asked about lesions under my tongue and immediately assumed an STD, which was both very inaccurate and quite insulting. I also informed provider about ongoing symptoms, and all of these were ignored. So, a pretty unsatisfactory appointment all around.

There needs to be a sign in sheet when they go on lunch break because the people who were there were not treated first. People was coming in got treated before the people who was in the waiting area

I don't feel that I received a proper score thoroughly when it was the examination.

My experience was life changing with finally finding out diagnosis I had no knowledge of. I'm very pleased with Lifebrudge. I'm in the process of switching my health care provider to Life bridge. Thank you for your service. .

I only met my PCP, once? Every time I go to his office, I only see a nurse. I don't know him, at all.

Everyone at the facility was very kind and helpful, from the people at the reception desk in the lobby, to the receptionist in the office, the technician who took my vital signs, to the RN who I saw before the provider - I felt very well taken care of, truly cared about, and definitely respected - thank you to everyone!

She gave me clear answers to all of my questions and concerns. She also gave me a referral, which I've needed for over a year. If she had a private practice I would be her patient.

Good job.

The hospital food should improve. The breakfast was lousy, with a very bad (hard, chewy) omelette that didn't appear to be made of real eggs.

Yes, Ms. Nurse Practitioner Andrea, she was very, very thorough. She had already read my chart before she seen me, so she knew everything that had been going on with me because this was a follow-up from a hospital stay. She was just really, really attentive to me and very good. And I really appreciated her looking out for me. She also called me back with the next day with my blood work results and gave me tips and things to, you know, things about eating as well as a paper to tell me about my eating. So she was just very, very helpful. I really enjoyed it.

I would like for this to be my primary care physician. Thank you.

I was not feeling very well, but my provider took the time to go through my discharge papers and asking if I had any questions. She was very thorough.
