As a courtesy, the receptionists should alert patients when the doctor is running behind. The techs should address patients with courtesy titles unless given permission to do otherwise. Also, if the doctor is running behind, an estimate of the wait time would help patients to decide whether to stay or reschedule.

Andres was super. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things clearly and answer all my questions.

My provider was very thorough at the appointment.

The provider was knowledgeable of the service being performed, also went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. The staff was able to fit me in for a quick x-ray as I needed to get back to work, and I really appreciate the expediency with which I was seen.

The receptionist at the walk in had bit of an attitude and acted like I was bothering her....And I forgot to sign a page ..she sighed...BUT everyone else was very nice and helpful..

The doctor didn't know my history b/c I was a walk in. Same goes for the question of me not being seen in a timely manner... I did not have an appointment. The doctor who did see me asked about my medical history and had an amazing bedside manner and knowledge of my injury. And he worked with the doctor who had treated me in the past. 10/10 experience from front desk to check out.

Dr. Andres Lagoc was superb! It was my first visit with him and I was very impressed. He was very informed on my history of bursitis and pain management, while referring to the ultra sound i had weeks earlier. He took the time to explain the results and provided advice on methods to curtail pain. He was very patient in answering all my questions and explained the risks and effects of taking too many over the counter meds for pain, and recommended a series of exercises. He administered my injection of cortisone without pain. Dr. Lagoc was very attentive and did not rush his assessment of me. I felt like the only patient he had. I will definitely ask for him on my next visit Thank you Dr. Lagoc!

My appointment for the day was at 9.45. I arrived at 9.30 and I was not seen until 10.30. This is inexcusable customer service, poor planning, and I did not get an apology or explanation as to what was going on. That's from the front desk. The physician assistant that I saw was very, very professional. Explained very carefully and in reasonable terms that was understandable regarding my condition. And I do recommend him, however, again, the customer.

He already knew my history so that's what makes it better for me

Very thorough. All my questions were answered.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment yet waited for 45 minutes and could no longer wait. Not once did anyone apologize or let me know how late this doctor was running. Rude and unacceptable.

The PA was wonderful and even though he was running late he was thorough and took his time with me.

It was informational and Andres took his time explaining the causes for my pain. Unfortunately, I forgot to pick up the papers listing areas for Physical Therapists to work on.

My orthopedic surgeon has left Lifebridge so I need to know who is taking his place in the future?

New provider; aware of my condition and provided cortisone shot with as much care as possible. Showed me X-rays of my left knee and source of pain. Explained that Tylenol better than ibuprofen: less possible damage to bladder/kidney. Very pleasant and caring.

I'm always satisfied with everything that I get done, and I would recommend it highly.

Andres is always very professional and well informed about the patients medical history. We visit this practice because of his continual great care and knowledge. We have recommended several family members to visit.

I had a wonderful experience during my appointment everybody was so nice and friendly.

Andres always explains things very thoroughly in an easy to understand manner.

Only issue was I was emailed a reminder for my 9am appointment. When I checked in the desk person told me my appointment was at 1130. I was not notified of any change and do not understand what the issue was and how that could've happened since YOU notified me of a am appointment. The staff was very accommodating and took me at my original time. Thanks to the staff!
