Dr Barnstein is a great doctor but he need to listen to his patients more carefully!!! Stop cutting them off when the patient is talking and let me speak more why you listen Dr.Barnstein. That's very impolite to fast talk over your patients when they are speaking!!!

Best Cardiology office!!!

First of all, the welcoming atmosphere was like a breath of fresh air in the waiting area. The blue and white themed colors and arrangement of furniture was definitely calming and appealing. On a brisk, cold morning it was refreshing to feel and see the bright sun shining and warming our spirits. Secondly, the staff are always courteous, professional and respectful. Best by test.

It was an enjoyable experience, wholly satisfactory.

In my years coming to the office, there has always been the best staff. They have always been courteous, kind, patient, and understanding. My Dr. Barnstein, I wouldn't trade him for anything. He is, he sits, he discuss things with me, goes over my medicine. I mean, it's just an overall great experience to come there. And I wouldn't trade him for anything.

What more can I say? Everything went well. Also we do not need info about the cost of our medications so that is not a negative answer. Thank you for your care and concern.

The doctors only rush you in and out of the office, possibly cause they don't have time enough for each patient, but there's certain questions that you want to know, but they don't seem to have the time to really give you a good narrative

The doctor clearly explains all aspects of my visit. I am very comfortable with all of his recommendations.

Professional all the way from the time I arrived to the time I left

The provider and staff are exceptional. The issue is Lifebridge. Stop addressing patients by first name in correspondence (e.g. appointment reminder texts and emails). It is unprofessional and offensive. The staff at Woodholme Cardiology always use the proper form of address.

Dr.Barnstein is always polite and friendly. He also is always suggesting that I do my part for my well being but he is never rude or condisending about it.

Kind respectful I never felt rushed. All my records were transferred over to this office. I was sent forms to fill out which were never collected or needed by office staff.

When I was going to check out no one was available to make my next appointment and I was told to call. However, when I expressed my concern about be able to make an appointment the young lady took my name and phone for someone to call me to make an appointment and that was on a Friday and I received a call early Monday morning.

Extremely grateful for the entire professional demeanor of the entire team that provided medical services to me.

The receptionist did not notify my provider when I signed in and I was seen 30 minutes after my appointment when I saw my Provider speaking with the patient who was before me and watcher him leave 30 minutes before I as called. Th Tech said that the DESK had JUST informed her that I was available.

I was treated in a way , a patient would wanted to be treated. Everyone was very nice.

Dr Barnstein saw me regarding a situation my regular caregiver advised. He was filling in around regular caregivers scheduled vacation and my personal vacation, was thorough, informative, pleasant and helpful and helped ease my mind before my vacation. Thank you for working me into your schedule on short notice.

Check in receptionist welcoming and greeted with a smile; check-out receptionist somewhat cold and not very friendly, no smile - was she put off with me, or just having a bad day? It was noticeable. Dr. Barnstein and EKG tech the best. Also, remarkable how the entire appointment only took 1/2 hour, although it was very thorough; keep up the good work!

I highly recommend Dr. Barnstein as well as the staff that administered my nuclear stress test. Everyone was extremely polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Barnstein is very nice, treats patients with respect, cares about you. Explains everything about your health conditions. Doesn't rush you , and gives you time to ask any questions.The other staff members are also very caring and treat you with respect. I would highly recommend this office to family and friends.

The checkout clerk was rude and unconcerned as if I was bothering her.

Doctor Barnstein always mention my medication. How I'm feeling, am I exercising and if I have any questions or concerns. He's always takes the time to listen.

Hi. The doctor needs to kind of have patience with his patient. He needs to listen, active listen, listen to their concerns, listen to their worries. He needs to pay attention to what the patient is saying instead of just trying to avoid what the patient is saying. And instead of just pushing the patient away, I think the patient doesn't know how he or she is feeling. That was ... he's a good doctor, but it's just that he doesn't listen to his patient. He just pushes patients' concerns and worries away. He just wants to like ... he doesn't really sit down and have ... listen to his patient very well. He needs to have a patient. He needs to listen to a patient. He needs to listen to our symptoms instead of just pushing that away and just want to see you just five minutes and leave the room. Thank you.

The staff & provider were personable, knowledgeable & respectful.

This visit was tending to a patient that has longstanding autism and is an adult. And the staff handled the situation very well with sensitivity and consideration and respect, professionalism, Dr. Barnstein has been the patient for many years and has done a very good job of interacting and communicating with this patient. So it should be noted that that's something that they should continue to do in the office.

I drive approximately 2hours to see my Doctor because I think he's the best and I will continue to use him

I am experiencing memory loss and had mixed up my appointments. I called to reschedule the appointment and left. When I reached home, I realized that the new appoinment would conflict and called to reschedule. I was given a new date. Shortly after, I received a call from the office and was given options that would work best for me. I was impressed with the patience and understanding I received.

I have seen the Dr.and the staff several times for many years and I Have been pleased with the attention from everyone.

As always, the staff and Dr. Barnstein are efficient; explain things very well; put me at ease; and answer any concerns I may have.
