She was so kind and did a great job only sticking me one time . The other women they was there before was rude and callus and very aggressive on the other two visits I had there. I can't recall the new one who did my blood draw this time but she was great.

I had a 8:20 AM appointment and it was cold outside. I was surprised that the lobby had a chill in the lobby area and when I went back to the exam room.I had to takeoff my clothes. It was cold back in that room also. That was no fun.

Each time I see Dr. Andrew, he and staff are very kind to me.

I had a billing issue that needed to be addressed. Anna, Linda and Amy took time to determine the problem and Amy said she would take care of it. This was not the first time we've had the same issue, but Amy seemed to know what needed to be done and we will, hopefully, not have the issue again. Amy told me to call her directly should it happen again. Very pleased with all of the ladies' efforts and attention to my problem.
