Dr. Nowakowski is a highly experienced and caring physician. I am very pleased with the outcome of this visit.

I had a billing issue that needed to be addressed. Anna, Linda and Amy took time to determine the problem and Amy said she would take care of it. This was not the first time we've had the same issue, but Amy seemed to know what needed to be done and we will, hopefully, not have the issue again. Amy told me to call her directly should it happen again. Very pleased with all of the ladies' efforts and attention to my problem.

yes, I was checked over early by doctor Nowakowski. He went over everything my prescriptions what he saw after I had this was For who I had open heart surgery so he took me over and everything was very good at it to pull my prescriptions and send them in I don't know what else to say but he was really goodand I appreciate it.

Everything went well except for the sending in of the pescription. Rather than sending it to a local pharmacy, it was sent to ExpressScripts and I was unable to start the medicaion. I am still waitng for the medicine to be delivered. ( 5 days after the appointment.)

Very professional office from front staff to nurses and doctor.

The wait time was ridiculous. My appointment was at 11:20 and I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early which I did. From the time I arrived, it took me one hour and 30 minutes to see the doctor with no updates when to be seen,absolutely ridiculous. There's no way to justify that wait time I would rather someone come in and reschedule my appointment.

I contacted Dr. and I received a voice mail response. I am currently trying to contact Advanced Radiology to tell them it is my lower extremities and not my arm that needs examination.

This was my initial appointment with Dr. Nowakowski, and I was impressed with him. He was very thorough and assessed my past medical history and explained everything to me in a straightforward way. He is a professional physician.

The doctor was so slow. Waited 1hour in waiting. 45 min. In exam room. When he did come in he had wrong folder. Nice man but to old to keep up with the pace of a health center

The online registration is unrighteousness! As a Christian I was completely appalled by the answer options and thus refuse to even answer the questions. There are 2 sexes as God created in the Bible! Do not send those questions to me again!

The front office staff do a disservice to Dr. Nowakowski in their less than friendly attitude. Dr. Nowakowski is a true gentleman and seasoned professional. I am confident in his experience, skills, and knowledge.

I arrived for 20 minutes before my appointment, as I was asked. I was waiting for the doctor 1.5 hour, for a 15 minutes visit. Not aceptable. If this happened again I will leave this practice.

Dr. Andrew was very polite very professional very thorough, talk to me about my chronic pain syndrome asked how I felt what was going on with me and explained more about the syndrome that I didn't know about. I would not only be happy to keep him as my doctor, but I would also like to recommend him to anyone who might be in need of medical assistance in the future.
