I was very satisfied with the treatment.

From the x ray tech to the PA to the person who fit me for my brace, everyone was respectful and explained things multiple times with patience and care

I was unaware of Lifebridge Orthopedic walk-in and was pleasantly surprised! Once I filled out the forms I was called back within a few minutes. I waited a few minutes for the PA to come in. We talked and he poked and prodded and came up with a diagnosis and plan (a boot). It was a great experience and I wholly recommend Lifebridge Orthopedic! I wish I had known about them last week!

The process from checking in to checking out was so easy. We came in as a walk-in and left within 30 mins. The whole experience was such a breath of fresh air.

The doctor had EXCELLENT bedside manner!!! He was very personable and detailed. He showed compassion and did not rush my time of care. I would definitely recommend this location and doctor!!!

The receptionist, April, who did my intake was efficient, kind, and very clear. when I was called back, the x-ray tech was ready for me immediately and there was no waiting. The PA that read my results and examined me was thorough, careful and thoughtful. I felt comfortable and well cared for and that the diagnosis was accurate along with the treatment plan.

Andrew was highly knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He is willing to explain things and listens--which is essential to helping a patient. His polite manner was greatly appreciated. He could hold classes to train lots of medical staff I've encountered over the years. For sure.

Service with a smile

April at the front desk was tremendous with us, and I so appreciate how thorough and friendly she was. Dr. Bennett is always a favorite. He did not have to stop in and check on us, but he did. And Dr. Marancini, and I'm sorry, I butchered that, but Dr. Andrew was terrific with my 10-year-old. The exam that he had to give him was very painful, and he was compassionate and thorough with him. Thank you all.
