Dr. Carroll took her time to listen to all of my concerns and to find answers. I appreciate all of the time she spent with me. She made me feel listened to which is important.

She was too focused on some medication that she had just spoken to the distributor on that day about. I was totally against it because she kept speaking of my liver and how it requires having my liver checked every three months yeah I will not be returning..

This was my first appointment with Dr. Carroll and she was the most efficient, most kindest and very courteous doctor. She was very gentle when she did my examination and she explained everything. I even told her that she put me at such ease since this was my first time meeting her that I would refer her to all of my friends who were in need of a new DYN doctor. She was excellent. Thank you and her staff.

Staff was nice and friendly except for the person that took my blood. She wasn't very personable.

From the very beginning, Dr. Carroll treated me not just as a patient, but as a person-with genuine kindness, compassion, and thoughtfulness. Receiving difficult news is never easy, but the way she delivered it-with honesty, empathy, and care-made a world of difference. The front desk person was efficient as well as very pleasant and welcoming. Rena, the MA, was also very nice and cordial as well as professional. Dr. Carroll was delightful. It was clear she'd read through my chart in detail as she addressed prior procedures and conditions. She did an excellent job of explaining cervical cancer screening recommendations in older women. She was very thorough in all of her discussions and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Her examination was thorough and professional and she explained everything as she went along. I would highly recommend Dr. Carroll and this practice to others seeking GYN care.
