I saw Dr. Velott for shoulder pain. He took time to listen to my concerns, answered questions and made suggestions. I did not feel rushed at all and would recommend his services to anyone with orthopedic issues.

Dr Velott is an excellent surgeon with abundant knowledge, skills and expertise. The shoulder replacement went very smooth with little or no pain post operatively I just completed my 1 year followup and both of us are very well pleased with the outcome. I recommend Dr Velott as he is very easy to talk to and understand.

The doctor went over all the x-rays with me and explained exactly what was going on. he answered all my questions, very courteous and respectful.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Velott and scheduled a follow-up appointment. However, that was postponed for the following week due to something popping up on his schedule.

What more can you say about the office personal and Dr. Velott himself. Even though I was a new patient for him, he treated me with respect as if I was a life long patient of his. He informed me of every detail of my operation, Prior to and after. I was felt so pleased and overjoyed that I had a surgeon like him. I feel blessed.

Dr. Velott was the best that I have had in this office. I would like to continue to see him in the future. They were supposed to set me up with an appointment in March but they have not called. They were waiting to see if my insurance will pay for gel shots in March.

Dr. Velott is such a wonderful, sincere, genuine Dr. He's done a great job with my knee. He has excellent bedside manners. I am fortunate that I have him as my Dr.

There should have been printed or even handwritten instructions for how to care for this rather debilitating injury - on at least a week by week basis. The only good advice was how to navigate changing shirts and an exercise to do after 3 weeks of healing. There was nothing about gentle ROM and PROM exercises to start right away- I had to find this information online, after just resting and protecting and not moving the affected limb for a week. When my dog was recovering from TTA surgery, I received a booklet starting from day after surgery, step by step exercises, how to increase these week by week, then information for continuing over several months. (She made a complete recovery with no residual issues.)

All my concerns and issues were well addressed.

It would have been helpful if the correct size brace had been given at the beginning because the brace really didn't, it didn't fit. It was too large and it hurt, possibly causing more damage. And that was not the provider, that was an assistant. But we were very happy with the provider. He was very patient.

The receptionists always try to find appointment when needed. And I appreciate that. It's also important to the patient. Thanks ??

In contrast to others I've seen recently, the provider was friendly, patient, listened, and took time to answer my questions. I came away understanding my problem and what to do about it. I did not have to wait very long, perhaps, unlike other providers, this office isn't overbooking.
