Arthur George Affleck IV, MD

Dr. Arthur Affleck is a board-certified surgeon who specializes in colon and rectal surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at Oregon Health Science University (OHSU) and colorectal fellowship at University of Texas at Houston. Dr. Affleck is particularly interested in malignancies of the rectum.

Additional conditions he will treat include, but is not limited to: Colon, rectal, and anal cancer, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, familial polyposis syndromes, hemorrhoids, anal fissures, perianal abscess, anal fistulas, colon polyps, as well as screening and diagnostic colonoscopies.

Dr. Affleck is dedicated to outstanding, patient-focused care in order to achieve the best outcomes. He is enthusiastic and excited about serving the Baltimore community. In his spare time, Dr. Affleck enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and being outdoors running and cycling.
