I wish I was given the building name I was supposed to go to. The receptionists were very helpful, but knowing the correct building name probably would have saved me 15-20 minutes.

Always open to hearing my concerns. Listens to my solutions for treatment too. Respectful.

My appointment was wonderful. It started on time. Everyone treated me well. Dr. Harrow is a great doctor. He will take the time and he will listen to you and address your concern. Only problem I have is sometimes when you have to make an appointment, it's a little bit hard to get an appointment at the time that you want it. But otherwise, I have been seeing Dr. Harrow for a while. I was seen, I used to see other provider before I started seeing him. And it's a great office. Everybody was treated me with respect. And the tech, the reception, everybody was great. And the appointment was great. And I will definitely recommend my provider to anybody that is looking for a new provider. Thank you so much. I thought the doctor was going to check me physically that did not happen. Did not for hernia. Told him I had hemorrhoid problem. Did not check it out. Told him I had breathing problems when I bend over did not suggest to take a x-ray to find out what that problem is. I could've went to care first and got the treatment that he gave me.

I enjoyed my visit. I always enjoy my visit and I appreciate Dr. Harrow's assistance and intelligence and the help I received from the rest of the staff. Thank you.

Dr. Harrow is clearly one of the best internists in Baltimore. It's clear his experience spans decades, and he is very focused on providing excellent care.

My doctor always made me feel comfortable and talk to me about everything that's going on after he review my bloodwork and make good recommendations that help in my health. He understand that I get nervous sometimes, but he talks to me then allow me to be relax.

The lab tech that drew my blood was one of the best that I have ever dealt with. She truly knows her job of finding a vein and hitting it the first time.

Only complaint is that the blood drawing service closes at 4:00 and my appointment ended at 4:10

My first visit was good with Dr. Harrow. He did ask many questions about my health. He ordered my blood work and did what was necessary for my first visit. I was pleased with my examination.

I would say that transportation that I had was mobility and everything. Everything ran smoothly. It was very good. I just wanted to add my input in it for them to take in. It's just an idea I had. Okay. People with diabetes, people with diabetes if they needed equipment to lose the weight and stuff like that, I was hoping that they could go to other facilities and they could give them like a, what do you call it, like a discount or something like that. It would be the best quality equipment, exercising equipment is what I'm saying. It could be from the bands all the way to the exercising machine itself like the bikes, the treadmills, et cetera, the weight lifting stuff, whatever. That would have been nice too. That would have been real good.

Dr. Harrow showed utmost professionalism and respect. He did something that I'm not used to with other providers or other doctors. He listened. He made a point to listen and think about a response instead of giving canned responses. He was present.
