Dr Silpa is so nice and very knowledgeable. He looks beyond what's in front of him and reaches for more information and answers to best treatments.

DR. SILPASUVAN is a very busy, in demand specialist and I found it difficult to receive an appointment in a timely fashion. Then my appointment was rescheduled twice and finally when my appointment date arrived it was changed to tele-health, not in person. I still have not met the doctor which would have proven beneficial for my first visit.

The staff person doing the dexa scan was very nice and professional. The staff person who did my blood work got it on the first try which does not always happen for me so I was very happy about that.

The only issue is I talked about pain in my feet when I walk and the summer I got said patient didn't have any pain. I don't understand that at all.

Everyone that i met at my appointment was very courteous and wonderful.

The receptionist was really nice and the doctor is always so nice. The first question that I had to answer, I gave him a three, but that was because I did not know the option of four. So he was super, super nice, not just somewhat nice. And he told me about the lab being in the same office and I could go right then and there. And then the day that I got my results into my email, he also emailed me a detailed message. So I appreciated that. He is great.

The doctor is the most considerate doctor I've ever had. He's caring, he cares, he's concerned, and he's definitely at the top of my rate chart.

this was a televisit, so the questions regarding clerks and and receptionists in not applicable. however, that was not an option for those questions.

Took his time with me and very explicit in explaining everything.

The provider was very sympathetic to me losing my Dad and brother. He recommended counseling to help me with my grief. And, I accepted. Waiting for call back.

My appointment was at 8:30 am. I arrived 15 minutes early, yet the door was still locked. I could see the receptionist on her personal phone. I anticipated that the office was not yet open and would open at 8:30 am, so I continued waiting. At approximately 8:35 am, I attempted access again and this time loudly shook the door. The receptionist then came over to unlock the door. It was not a good start to the appointment. The nurse/assistant and doctor were both professional and pleasant. I was told to schedule two different appointments. It took an extended time working with the receptionist to schedule the appointment.

The cost of parking at this location compared to other medical centers is often an issue.

I had the wrong time on my calendar for my appt and therefore I arrived 1/2 hour late. They were kind enough to still see me as they knew I had traveled from out of state for my appt.

This office is usually very organized but this time the center that takes blood that's in the office was at lunch and I had to go and the doctor sent me to the office across the hall. The young lady there was irate about the fact that doctors were sending patients over there to get their blood taken and they asked them not to. So that part was not organized, and I can't understand why they can't get their information together since the offices are right across the hall from each other. That's all I have to say about the inconvenience part.

The pre-appointment contacts were disconcerting and not at all smooth as had been in the past. Needed to confirm my appointment and check in multiple times. And I got a pre-appointment call asking about my insurance carrier and needing my card. I explained it was the same as last year and my card should already be on file from a previous appointment this year. Very disconcerting this time around.

Dr. S, is very nice, I trust his word and judgement.

I had got there earlier than I was scheduled due to unfortunate travel and ask if possible I could get seen earlier and I was told they would see what could be done I was more than willing to sit and wait until my appointment time but I ended up getting lucky and was seen early. Which I was extremely grateful for and it made the rest of my day easier afterwards.

My appointment was telehealth so that was why I said no to certain questions.

Experience was good. Doctor ran late and I had to wait a bit. Everything went well after that.

Dr. is personable but typing on his computer the entire appointment time to document visit. That procedure is not personal.

I think your receptionist aren't pleasant they seem angry. And the person that answer my call after I left the and had a message for Dr. Silpasuvan didn't have any patience she immediately transfered me to doctors secretary. Some of the staff seem sad not sure if they are over worked just saying.

Front office staff were not friendly, but Dr. Silpasuvan was kind, thorough, and I was not rushed with anything. He listened well and explained everything very clearly.
