It was my first visit there and everything went perfectly. Still got to get blood work done.

I felt very comfortable with the doctor. I was able to talk with her easily as well as ask questions. She made me more secure about my health history as well as how I'm doing now. Although this was a yearly visit, I learned a lot.

I could not drive to the appointment because of the weather. The office was able to change my appointment to a virtual appointment. Everything went great.

Dr B is the best. I'm a unique migraine patient and she understands the past surgeries I've had and the permanent side effects they caused. I've had migraines for 47 year's and botox is a miracle for me.

waited about 45 minutes before Dr. came in. She was very short with her questions, did not elaborate anything she was doing, provided very minimal feedback, and NO bedside manner. I think I would have gotten better service from a robot. I asked to use the bathroom and she acted as if it was an inconvenience.

Dr. Bollineni spent an hour with me, examining me, asking me questions about what is going on with me, explaining everything clearly and asked me if I had any questions which she answered. I highly recommend Dr. Bollineni.

Dr. B. Did the most thorough neuro exam I have ever had. She also took time to review my previous MRIs and CT scans. Very impressed with her.

Couldn't ask for any better. Everyone was wonderful from receptionist to doctor. Doctor took a lot of time to ask related questions and probe for possibilities. Also to explain findings.

My third visit and all questions were answered in a satisfactory & professional manor. In addition, my primary care doctor is retiring and staff was most helpful in providing information for finding a new one that is close to my residence.

Dr. Bollineni was very thorough in her questioning of my history and listened patiently while I explained. She also took the time to review my recent tests and scans done during my hospital stay, and explain what they all meant. I never felt rushed as often happens in many medical practices. That was refreshing. Overall the experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. B to anyone.

She has ZERO bedside manner! She won't let you talk freely and interrupts you!! Not impressed at all

Dr. Aruna Bollineni was amazing! She explained everything to me, showed me what needed to see, and guided me and assisted me in the right direction for my health, she took care of me and was kind through it out. I feel blessed to have met her.

The test was extremely painful and no one prepared me for the amount of discomfort I would experience. No one explained what the test entailed. The room was stark and white. I spent 45 minutes staring at a white ceiling and a poster about botox for migraines. There could have been cozier decor to minimize the traumatic experience. At one point the provider said, "I am going to give up looking for this nerve. I cannot find it through all of this" referring to the flesh on the back of my leg. After she had pressed on it so hard and inflicted a lot of pain. She did compliment me on my breathing. I had to use breathing techniques to get through how painful it was. Nothing was explained to me. My concerns of the areas where my numbness and weakness was was not addressed except to say oh that is small nerves in the skin and there is no test for that. I felt as though my concerns were minimized. And I felt as though the pain of the test was minimized and nothing done to address it. I hope I never have to have that experience again!

I say it every year. Dr Bollineni is the most thorough Doctor I have ever been to. She takes her time in evaluating my records. She is also a great educator.

We were grateful that when a cancellation occurred we were able to come in the same day when we originally were told that it would be 2026 before he could be seen. Dr. Bollineni and her staff treated us with kindness and respect and although the prognosis wasn't what we hoped for, she explained everything and as we suspected there is no treat for the condition he has. We thank everyone at Carroll Neurology for their professionalism and care, and would recommend them to anyone needing their help. Thank you

The doctor treated me like they were better than I was, didn't listen to my concerns. Basically told me that nothing was what I said it was with my body. I felt like I was being patronized by even getting some testing done to find out what's happening with my concerns. My concerns were not treated as though they were valid or serious in my opinion. I am still without answers but told to come back in two months? Why you didn't do anything?
