Very intelligent and professional provider

Great service

The provider requires an appt 1x a year, and that there be an xray 2 weeks prior to that event.... Unlike all the other doctors, he does not provide any reminders to get the xray. He told me his staff is too busy to call with reminders, though other doctors' staff do. In fact, one has the exact same number of staff as he does (3 at the front desk), and they call to remind me to get blood tests, 2 weeks prior to my appt. The provider also says that LifeBridge will not provide an automatic electronic prompt to get the xray, like some companies do. This lack of reminder creates problems as patients arrive for a consultation, and the provider does not have all the data he needs. I recommend LifeBridge manage patient diagnostic requirements and provide automatic prompts to the patients, to prevent this problem in the future.

Dr Mohamed is great. Very pleasant and caring. Takes his time to go over test results and future plans.

I would prefer to see my provider on the telehealth meeting. I am allowed to hear but not see him.. I do not feel respected when he can see me on screen but his camera is off and I do not see him.

My annual appointment was extremly rushed. I paid my $50.00 copay before seeing the provider and was very disappointed as my annual appointment with an Ultrasound lasted less than 20 minutes despite having additional questions. My appointment was for 10am . I was seen by the provider at 10:17am after being moved to two waiting rooms by the MA. The provider stated that he did not have time to address my diet versus taking medication questions and I would need to make another appointment to discuss treatment options for my mineral deficiencies. I brought these endo concerns up based on my PCP's recomendations and was surprised by the rushed visit and strict attention to the time by this LifeBridge endocrinologist.

Nothing else to say the service was great

As a new patient I had a great experience! I was doing some research and we did not have many Endocrinologist in the area. I am grateful to have found this practice and provider. He was kind and you could tell he takes all the information given serious. I look forward to coming back again!

He listened to all my concerns and had done the research into the potential causes of my symptoms. He recommended a great plan and I'm following up with him. Very happy with the appointment. The Doctor explained everything. Including things no other provider had ever done. Staff was wonderful.

It would be great if this office used technology more. I have to manually keep track on a spreadsheet of my various glucose levels. My nutritionist, not from this office, justs download the information from my "Touch One" blood glucose device to her computer. It provides beautiful and easy to understand data including graphs and trends. The nutritionist does a great job in identifying changes to my diet etc. I wish this office used the benefit of up to date technology!
