They were excellent providing information above and beyond what was expected. They spent plenty of time so I wasn't rushed at all.

The customer service was awesome. The time that it took my son to get back to be seen was quick and efficient. The care was excellent. We had a great surgeon. My son is healing wonderfully. So everything was great and we always truly saw my. Thank you so much.

The provider listed on this survey was not the provider who handled this appointment. I do not recall our provider's name, but was pleased with how she handled the follow-up appointment to my surgery. I'm sorry that I do not recall her name. I'm sure you can locate her name on your records. We had been told it would be Aurora, but a change was made.

Aurora, the PA, and her assistant were attentive, very helpful and professional.

Didn't like the representative of the device giving a hard sale already told them my decision didn't really think it was ethical for that to happen already told my doctor and he agreed it wasn't for me at this stage of my problem

They really do care about your health. Everyone has been so kind.

The provider, Aurora, was absolutely wonderful, answered all my questions, and was very informative. Unfortunately, she was running very, very behind and we waited an hour and a half before we were even put into a room. Well, no, an hour before we were put into a room and then another half an hour to 45 minutes before she was able to come in and see me. Made my son who brought me late for work.

It took 1h 55 min from the appointment time to see the provider. I was going to leave the provider office but was stopped by one of the personal and saw the provider in 5 min after that

This office and staff are wonderful. The hour wait to be seen was a bit much.

I am experiencing a very serious allergic reaction from a skin protectant liquid that was applied to my wound. I now have incessant itching and raised very rough skin. I need to speak to Aurora maria about this.
