I adore Dr. T. She always spends plenty of time with me and always answers all my questions and never makes me feel bad about my weight or how I am doing.

Everything was great in person. Not so with your phone / calling center. Difficult to get appointment, to understand the person speaking to. also the emails keep repeating and asking the same info already sent.

Love Dr Tesfalidet and her people. Definitely don't like your phone system. It was hard to get in quick with Dr. T but glad I finally did. She's great!

The practice could use more doctors for adults

Dr.T has been my doctor for many years. I enjoy talking to her. She answers my many questions without rushing me out. I am a senior therefore, a patient knowable doctor is what I need. I drive an hour one way for my appointments. It is worth the drive!

Dr. T was very thorough. She took her time with me. She discussed some options. She reminded me when I needed to get my next colonoscopy. She's very professional and caring and very thorough.

Dr Tesfalidet is the best doctor I have ever had. I have been seeing her as a patient for many years. She knows my health history and provides excellent care. The only concern I have is that she speaks rather rapidly, I am hard of hearing, so I often have to ask her to repeat what she has said. But she does not mind doing so.

I liked all aspects of my visit to include the receptionist and the provider and the person that did my lab work. The only drawback I would say is that it's too far away from Frederick. It should have been closer to Frederick. That's my input. Thank you.

Karla and Dr T are the best. I even joked that I feel like I am their only patient as they are so attentive. They answer all my questions, and test my blood so we can get any incorrect test results corrected. For example, my {patient info redacted to protect privacy} was low and corrected with medication. I feel so much better now and my other indicators are also improving. The last place didn't notice my low {patient info redacted to protect privacy}, and I felt like they missed that. Dr T took care of it our first appointment, and it made a big difference to my numbers and health (energy). Dr. T is VERY professional and always willing to listen to my health situation. Ten years ago she saved my life when she initially sent me for checks which led me to find I had hemochromatosis and liver cirrhosis. I am indebted to her.

Dr T. Was 2hrs late for my appointment. This was first time meeting in person. She never let me talk to explain my history. She didn't even know I had blood work and MRI done. She referred me back to my old provider. I would never recommend anyone to her.

Have not received My blood work results yet. 4 days ago

I hope, for the sake of the staff and patients, that they get more medical staff soon. It's disappointing to see it necessary to wait many days or weeks to see a provider.

I've known Dr. T for a long time. She has taken very good care of me and letting me know what's going on and I wouldn't trust anybody else but her she's a great person and I hope I never have to go to anyone else.

Dr. T is a very caring provider. She and her staff treat you as an individual not a number. I recommend the practice to all my friends and family.

Dr. T is a fantastic doctor. The office staff great. I hope they all get big raises this year for helping patient's transition to the new setting and set-up. I am only sorry that the office moved father away from where I live and work. New facilities are lovely tho.

I trust Dr. Tesfalidet to give me good advice about my health issues. She is always very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have as my doctor. The extra drive to the new office in Mt. Airy is worth it. The new facility is beautiful!

Everyone was very pleasant and attentive.

I checked in at 140pm for a 2pm appointment. I was brought back by the nurse at 214pm and then sat in the exam room till 250pm before the Dr came in. While she apologized for keeping me waiting, I sat there without knowing if I was forgotten or how long the wait would be. If I was late to check in or my appointment, I would have been charged for it. Is my time not valued? Because of the doctor's delay, I had to find someone else to pick up my child from school. This is an inconvenience as they had to leave work early.

The doctor was very thorough and spent a lot of time making sure she was familiar with my medical history.

I enjoyed meeting Dr. T, she was very thorough. However, I needed to listen very carefully to her quick speech. I should've asked her to slow down, but I think I caught all of the information she was saying. She is very professional, and very kind!

I have only one complaint and that is how long I had to wait to get an appointment with Dr. Tesfalidet. I hope another doctor will join the practice soon.

My only problem is that when you leave a message with the doctors (Dr Tesfalidet ) assistant's voice mail that it takes 72 hours THATS 3 DAYS for a response regarding medication that needs to be changed. I still haven't heard from the doctors office.

The physician did not see me until 40 mins past my appt time. This is unacceptable. If I was even 5 minutes late, I wouldn't have been seen.

My provider was about thirty minutes late for my appointment with them.

I am a new patient to LifeBridge. I like the patient portal for communication and accessing information. The office is very nice and clean. Location is easily accessible from I-70. I like LabCorp being on-site too. My doctor, nurse, and office personnel were all courteous and knowledgeable.

They are the backbone of the organization and treat everyone with respect, patience, and as they want to be treated. These two women went out of their way to make me feel at home and my experience like I was family. (Even if she did poke me with two needles :-)). My physician and staff are wonderful. The staff is great once you are able to actually able to talk to someone. I do not like, in this stage of A1, that it takes forever to talk to an actual person. I am sure that the inability to talk a person is difficult for the elderly population.

I was greeted and taken care of with a lot of respect and kindness from everyone. Dr. T was incredibly helpful and supportive in explaining your treatment you are receiving and the steps you need to follow in order to stay healthy. Dr. T is very personable and caring with her patients and makes me feel at ease I would recommend everyone to Dr. T

Dr. Tesfalidet is a wonderful doctor. She saved my life I had breast cancer and she sent me to a surgeon immediately. I am now cancer free so blessed to have her as my doctor, she is compassionate, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Even though it's a drive for us to the Mount Airy office now we will continue to follow Dr. Tesfalidet wherever she goes.

My only complaint is the time that I waited. I was in the room for about 30 minutes before the doctor came in, and my daughter was waiting in the parking lot because she drove me there. So it took a total of about an hour and a half for me to have my appointment. That's not acceptable. Thank you.

Since the office moved, it is hard to get in touch with the office. Also, is it hard to be seen by the doctor. Sharon in the front has been great in spite of this.

This was the best medical appointment I have ever had. This was my first appointment with Dr. Tesfalidet and she took time to go over my medical history and all my medications. She was very knowledgeable about all my medical issues and she answered all my questions.

The only reason I couldn't get an appointment easily was because of the change to use a call center. When you have to hold for someone to answer the phone over twenty minutes each time you try to call and they still don't answer it's totally ridiculous. The old office ran like clockwork and we were much happier. So frustrating for patients to put up with.

Dr. Tesfalidet and the nursing staff helped me to start using Dexcom to monitor my blood sugar. They were patient with the application and the installation of the app on my i-phone and showing me how to navigate through the programs to chart and to check my blood sugar. Dr. T is kind and thorough and eagerly answers my questions. The only thing is that she talks rapidly and I often need to ask her to repeat what she says when I do not understand her.

Well worth the extra drive. Greeted by Carla who made my day. Dr. T kind and thoughtful as usual. So very glad to have this group in my life. Thank you.

I refer her as an able provider for individuals in my place of work who have disabilities and differences because her office is caring and careful. So I am a little bit disappointed to hear that the office is moving outside of Frederick because its accessibility was also a very nice feature. We'll miss having such a great provider in such a great location in downtown Frederick.
