My primary care physician is excellent but the office has gone thru major changes starting at the top which is not customer friendly to the patient. I won't change because my physician is the best but the outsourcing is horrible.

The only thing about the provider's office I do not like anymore is the phone system calling in and being transferred to an out-of-town system. It is hard to get through. The office itself is a great office, but your new phone system is terrible. Thank you.

Doctor was great! Receptionists though were off. Place was empty , there were a few receptionists there all seemed occupied and did not look up to see if anyone was there until I got to the last window AND she SHE FINALLY NOTICED ME GETTING HER ATTENTION. DID NOT SEE ANY CARDS EITHER ON COUNTER WITH DOCTORS NAMES AND NUMBERS THAT I USUALLY PICKUP FOR THEY COME IN HANDY KEEPING IT IM MY WALLET.

I'd like it to be known that there is something wrong in the system where I needed a refill of my prescription and it took a week, one solid week, and I was out of that medication and I told the person that I talked to on the phone, which I called three different times, and I told the person that, and it didn't seem to make any difference. It still took me a week to get that prescription.

Again,this is rigged!many patients for go the call service and rather come in the office for help instead going through the call service

Ms Ball is an exceptional caregiver however I am quite disappointed with LifeBridge itself. They have seen to lose the connections to the community and are only interested in big business. Being unable to reach the doctor's office directly to schedule an appointment is very frustrating and the dialect of some of the individuals in the call center is quite challenging to understand. We plead with you to go back to focusing on customer service and stop trying to make these hometown practices part of the business conglomerate.

It looks like they hired more front office staff, which is great. Maybe things are getting more organized.

I would just like to make sure that everybody is aware, and I'm pretty sure that everybody is, but Barbara Ball is the most amazing provider in the world. She remembers everything about me, my history, my family, my kids. She is absolutely amazing. She understands everything that you say. She takes the time to listen. She makes eye contact. She makes you feel like you are the only patient that she's seeing all day. She is absolutely the best. And I really hope she never, ever retires because I'm not sure that you can replace that kind of provider. Like, I just don't think they make them that good anymore. Anyhow, Barbara Ball is wonderful.

Yes, Barbara Ball has always treated me with highly respect and she's always answered every question I ever had. But I do not like the system that you can't get nobody at the office when you want to talk to somebody or you can't, you get an answer machine to make an appointment because I called twice and somebody was supposed to call me back and this was two different days and nobody ever called back. So I disagree with the way you have your line set up to make an appointment. Thank you, bye.

The assistant that took me back to the room and took my blood pressure did not accurately take my blood pressure, not even close. My provider did retake my blood pressure and it was what I would normally expect, but the technique of the assistant was, it was not very good is an understatement. Whatever boxes I checked off,it wasn't Carroll medical office I had issues with it was the life bridge call center.its pathetic.i been walking in person at the office and speaking to a member.its not the office,but it's life bridge itself.the call center is useless and some can't even speak English or know what your talking about.why did they start doing this??it's ludacris.the actual doctor office isn't the problem it's the call service.how much turn over have of employees??I know!.?.more then you think.but it's not the office it's that stupid call center is the problem!get rid of it.go back originally.if something isn't broken don't fix it or tinker with it.my biggest and main thing is I was told to call when getting low on medication to get a refill but I won't get my refills until I'm finally out few days later and get my refill few days without being out.so I have to go few days without my meds.thats not right!!!.and I have to go to the office in person to say what's going on,I called four days ago then it's taking care of that day or next day.a person shouldn't have to do that.

Every time I call to make an appointment, I have to go through not the main office. I do not like being put on hold for a long period of time waiting for an outside person to set my appointment date.

Dr. Ball is always the perfect example of what you'd expect from a care provider. Professionally personal in every way . Always answers questions in the most informative way. I never leave questioning anything because I know I recieve the best care possible .

Get rid of the switchboard. People should be able to speak directly with their doctor.

Glad you asked.I had to wait on the phone for 45min.just to make an appointment. That is unacceptable. I have been going here for 30 years. The way they run the office now is awful. Good luck if you needed to speak to someone immediately. I sure do hope this issue is resolved.

The new phone system for appointments is challenging. However the woman who answered my call was exceptional understanding my needs and putting me through to the office. Once I was able to speak to someone in my medical location she was even more exceptional. She was able to assist me with my concerns and gave me an appointment with Barbara Ball. So very grateful for Barbara. She is beyond exceptional with her professional approach while providing a personal touch to resolve any medical issues I have had over the many years I have been seeing her. I love going to this practice. Have been with them for 35 years! Since the phone system has been taken over, you can't get through. If I leave my phone number for callback, sometimes you get one or not. There's times my phone doesn't ring but they can leave a voice message? They can't even call me back now cause of the filter phone service uses. If you're not in contacts, it blocks you. Only way to get appt is to stop in. I was told portal is now fixed so I can do it online. But, what about elderly people that don't have smart phones? You're making it so difficult for them. I'm a retired nurse and here all complain about calling 3x a day and no callback. It's ridiculous! Big F for phone calls since phones were taken over. That's the only bad thing to say. Rest of place us great as usual.

Dr Ball has taken care of me and my family for years. Always thorough and attentive. Just a great experience every time, even when we feel under the weather.

I saw Barbara Ball because LifeBridge gave me four days' notice that my provider of 30 years was leaving. And I like Barbara. I think she's a good provider. But I'm very unhappy with LifeBridge and I didn't like that I was given four days' notice that my provider of 30 years was leaving. I think that's very unacceptable and shame on LifeBridge. Also, I also don't like that LifeBridge has a new system where now they want my co-pay before I walk in the door. I don't appreciate that.

Trying to use the patient portal to schedule an appointment was terrible. Just for a routine physical appointment was so difficult to make. The options are not the ones you need. Then trying to call the office to schedule an appointment, is useless because once you choose the number to speak to somebody in the office it gives you an option to leave your name and number and somebody will call you back or you are on hold greater than 10 minutes. There's got to be a better way, just to even talk to someone in the office is so difficult. You can never get a hold of anyone. Someone needs to revise the way to make or schedule an appointment on the patient portal, it is very, very frustrating. Once I got into the office, everything was fine. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and patient my primary caregiver, Barbara Ball, gives me her undivided attention, answers my questions, seems concerned about my well-being and offers options to my questions. I have told friends and neighbors about Carroll Medical and Barbara Ball, and I know they will be just as content as I am.

Everything was fine except the scheduling experience. That leaves much to be desired. When you can't talk to a person when you call and have to wait for someone to call you back so you're constantly carrying your calendar and your telephone with you, that to me is not acceptable. And then hopefully you get someone who speaks clear English, which isn't always the case. It's disappointing when it takes a whole day to schedule the appointment when you would have liked to maybe have gotten in that day, but when you can't get someone to call you back, it's pretty sad. I had actually used to work at that office, and I think the personal answering the phone by staff in the office is much more friendly and not making you feel quite like a number. But that is how LifeBridge system seems to have gone now. It's all about the money.

The new procedure calling into a call center instead of the office is frustrating and I will be looking for another healthcare provider that does not use this type of system.

I have been seeing Barbara Ball for decades. Over the years her combination of advice, knowledge of Rx medications, and her referrals to specialists have kept me in tiptop health at the age of (patient info redacted to protect privacy).

They need more office staff ! There seemed to be only 2 people working reception and there was a wait.

The entire facility was extremely well equipped and everyone was so nice and friendly.

I went in for a Well Check to see what was advised for turning 70 and what tests or scans I was due to have. Everything was taken care of and explained to me. I wasn't rushed out of the office and she took her time.

I am in extreme pain, with limited relief options, and she showed empathy and respect and informed me what the next month plus might look like for my hip fracture healing. She was also very empathetic towards my 84 yo wife as my caretaker. Ms. Ball was also accommodating in allowing for my daughter to sit in as well. You are very lucky to have such a caring provider. Many of my relatives and friends will only schedule visits with Ms. Ball.
