My provider always provides us with information about my child's health and how they can support their health.

My kids provider Dr. Moses is awesome. She have so many patients that makes her come in a bit late in the room to see the next patient. Potomac physician needs to hire another doctor that will assist in seeing patients. The 2 receptionist out there, mostly the light skin one that is big is nothing to write home about. Very unprofessional, mean and uncaring.

The provider was amazing, my son was happy to have her. He does not like dr's offices but he did not want to leave her office.

Always a great visit and everyone is always friendly

This was a new patient / annual appointment. The front desk staff was very friendly and helped me finish the check in process. We met Mrs. Moses virtually on Monday and she was just as pleasant in person.

The provider was amazing. She was attentive. She was receptive. She was informative. She was professional and kind. She was interactive with my nine-year-old. She got on her level. She said things that she would understand. She was very knowledgeable and wise. She came with years of expertise. She was very personable and we just had an amazing visit. This was our first time visit and the interaction was really, really great. So we're happy that we chose this practice and this doctor.

Yes, I like the fact that Dr. Barnitta Moses is very personable. You know, she engages with myself as a parent and my children, and we just love her.

The provider was great, but trying to get an appointment with the provider only allowed so many sick appointments a day is not good. And that needs to be raised a lot because all kids, when they're sick, should be able to see their provider.

Benita Moses, she did a really great job. She diagnosed my baby when other providers couldn't at urgent care and patient first. I was under the belief that my baby was okay and he wasn't, and she was able to provide everything that my son need, and now he's feeling completely better. So I really appreciate her taking the time to see him and squeeze him in on her schedule, on her busy schedule, to make sure that he was okay. So I really appreciate the office for that.

The reception definitely needs to work on being welcoming when people enter the office. They don't really look at families & smile. Also they kept asking for patients information loudly without asking families to please come to the desk. We almost reconsidered being at the office until we met the provider.

Dr. Moses is awesome she is very kind and professional. Her front desk staff particularly the older lady with the short hair and glasses is not professional at all. She has been with dr moses for a long time and needs to not work with the public. She is not accommodating or professional. I don't want to come back because of her. Which is bad because we really like Dr Moses.

My provider is phenomenal. She takes her time to listen to my daughter. She takes her time to listen to me as her parent. She answers all our questions. She makes my daughter feel comfortable to open up to her. However, the front desk staff was not as friendly, was not as inviting. And if I have not been coming to that office for almost 29 years before LifeBridge purchased, Dr. Jacqueline Blackwell office, it would be a turnoff. The front end desk staff needs customer service skills. The only thing that keeps me at this office is the provider.

The medical assistant and the doctor were very attentive and personable. They made our experience very easy and pleasant. However the older lady at the front desk was very uninviting, spoke very condescendingly. The young lady that called on the phone to confirm our appointment was very rude and nasty and short.
