Every time I've had an appointment with Ben Raucher, NP, I leave completely satisfied with my care. Ben is attentive to what my concerns are and I never leave feeling like I was rushed or needed more time to get answers. I have and will continue to recommend him to family and friends.

Benjamin Raucher is the nicest and accommodating provider that I have had. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen and explain. My appointments are always on time and he goes the extra mile in filling out medical paperwork that his patients may need. I'm very satisfied with him.

Mr. Raucher is definitely a "people person". He has excellent bed-side manners and cares greatly about his patients. He's patient, understanding, kind, and very professional!! Aleshia is helpful, informant, and knowledgeable. She is definitely an asset to this company. Her friendly and approachable manner makes you feel very welcome! She's "old school". We need more like her.

I appreciate that the provider asked me what else I might need, but it was a little discouraging when I said something and he told me that it was really difficult for primary care to do that, and so I should just go find a specialist for it. And not that he couldn't do it, but just that it was too much work. So that was kind of discouraging. But he certainly dedicated an appropriate amount of time, which I appreciated. The other thing that was strange was that there was no physical exam or even really looking at me by the primary provider. Certainly my vitals were taken by another nurse or a medical assistant or something like that. But once I was in the room.

The staff is wonderful and my Doctor Mr. Raucher.

I love Dr. Raucher!!! He is the absolute best. However, the registration staff and medical support staff are not friendly and I have said this for years.

The nurse was not as friendly! No hello. She just directed me to the room and ask me to put on a mask. She took my vitals and put me in a room

Dr.Raucher,is easy to talk toand takes time to listen to younger patients,like myself and my brothers who are not comfortable with expressing ourselves to a doctor. But he is so on our level for easy communication. Thank for younger doctors.

I was very pleased with Benjamin Raucher. He's always patient, kind, knowledgeable and he answers, in detail, all of my questions. He always inquires as to whether I may need a refill on any of my meds. This is very important to me. Also, he makes great suggestions to help me decide on where I may go for any specialized care that is needed.

All aspects were seamless. I was in and out in 45 minutes including lab work. Great job

The front desk receptionist is rude. She was on the phone when I arrived and didn't acknowledge at all. Had me standing for a good 10-15 mins until she was done with her call.

Horrible 1st experience lady ahead of me had been there since 9:30, and my appointment was for 11. That is totally unacceptable. He start an hour after the rest of Dr's. Will be checking on a new physician.

Dr. Raucher takes his time to listen to my health issues and concerns. He accessed my situation and gives medical advice in a way that I understand. He answers my many questions and I feel he has my health issues at heart.

This was my first contact with this provider and he was very pleasant and answered and questions I had and told me what to expect next.I felt very comfortable speaking with him.

Everything was handled professionally. Appointment was smooth there were no long waiting periods in terms of being checked in which I used online pre-check in feature. Also the wait time to see the doctor after check in was short. Doctor Raucher explained everything thoroughly and is easy to talk to. It was a good short informative visit. Went as well as could be expected no complaints whatsoever.

Benjamin Raucher is an excellent nurse practitioner. He's really good because he listens and he helps you solve your problems. So I would definitely recommend Mr. Raucher to work for anybody and to care for anybody in my family. He does a great job. He's well appreciated. Thank you.

This was my first time seeing this provider and I felt like the doctor already knew me. I was really comfortable and would like for him to be my provider.

Everything is always excellent and I love the providers that I see here and I love my main provider because I love my providers and my children's providers because they remember us. It's not like when you go in and some people don't, it's like you're just another patient. They actually remember who you are and even if they just skim through your chart before you come in, it feels very, it's just like my health is being taken seriously for my children.

Benjamin RAUCHER is very nice person, he listen at my concern, he let me know how my health is. My A1C Level was 9.4 in June. Now it is 6.7 he was very pleased. I still need to continue to work on getting it lower

Yes, everything was excellent, but I do want to test to disqualify some of the symptoms I was having and some of the things I was feeling. So I didn't get no test, no blood test, urine test or anything, but I wasn't satisfied with that.

Normally, I do not favor male doctors or female doctors or nurse practitioners, either or, I meant not putting their title down, but I normally favor a female rather than having a male. But with Mr. Benjamin, I actually felt comfortable enough to where I felt I am considering changing my doctor and going with him. That's how comfortable he made me feel. So I just wanted to give that tidbit information and I really appreciate being able to leave feedback. Thank you.

Wonderful experience. All that I came in contact with was very professional, personable and courteous.

What I would like to say is that when I register to start my appointment, when I tell the receptionist that I already did the paper application that she's given me online, it actually means that I've already done it online. So the next time I come in, I will not be filling out the paperwork or taking the paperwork, and I don't want there to be any hard feelings there because it's online. Thank you. Have a great day.

I was unable to see my primary care physician, but was able to see the nurse practitioner. He was very attentive to my needs. He provided all the answers to my question and he was very thorough. We spoke about my test results and he offered me a clear path forward by providing the name of specialists who would handle my surgery. He also was very kind. If my primary care is unavailable again, I would definitely ask to have an appointment with him.
