Dr. D is the best.

It was difficult to determine the time of my next visit a year from now. Since I had to convert the numbers for time, that is, I was given a one o'clock time. I wasn't certain whether that was correct. So I need to get a confirmation for what time my next appointment is for next year. Thank you.

I tried to make an appointment for my test at Advanced Radiology. They did not have the order from the Dr and I did not receive the order in an e-mail to me as I was told I would by the receptionist.

My concern was with the Tech who administered the EKG. She assumed I was informed of the do's and dint's for getting an EKG. Being more positive when speaking could have helped. Nonverbal gestures to my responses made me not want to return if needed. The cardiologist was great.

Dr is knowledgeable but wait time was long. Appointment was for 3 pm but was not seen by dr until 4 pm. Dr was extremely apologetic for delay.

Would be nice if you could speak to the doctor and not leave a message with the secretary. Thus you really do not know if the doctor gets the message

Dr. Dubois is very impressive. He makes sure the medications I take are safe together. When new prescriptions are required he schedules time to review their effectiveness during the previous period. Good experience with doctor Dubois.

The staff with whom I interacted were polite and tried to be helpful. However, I was quite frustrated by the poor communication from the admin. I scheduled and was prepared to have an Echocardiogram performed on the day of my appt. The procedure was cancelled with no notice to me due to an insurance issue. Had I been properly notified, that issue could have been easily resolved before the appt.

I was there the other day to see the doctor and I was there for like 15-20 minutes and I left there. I don't know what was going on. The next day I became very ill and felt very, very tired. The doctor was not available at the time and I went to a couple of other places to check me out. doctor's out of town, but I understand the doctor did leave somebody in charge. And I did go to see that person. And I'm still homesick right now. Very, very, very tired and laying in bed. And this is after my one day where I was okay when I went to visit the doctor. So I'm right now looking, I don't know who's going to help me right now. He's out of

I had to wait too long to be seen by physician. My appointment was scheduled for 11am. I arrived at 10:40am. I did not leave until 1 pm. At check out the receptionist was not courteous. Very nonchalant. I had to ask for a summary of my visit.

This is the third time I've had to wait for the doctor to come in and see me. 3:00 pm appointment and did not see the doctor until 3:35.

Both the nurse and doctor took great care in explaining my test, results, and what happens next. Even though my case did not require a follow up, I would definitely recommend Dr. DuBois, and his team.

It was my worst experience at this office. I was waiting for my 2 minutes EKG 55 minutes And after 3 times of noticing I was excepting to the test.

This was my first visit with the doctor, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He made me feel comfortable and at ease from the start. He took the time to explain each test result thoroughly and clearly outlined the next steps. I left the office feeling confident and reassured that I was in excellent hands.
