I was completely frustrated the preappointment questions on line were then repeated at check-in to then be answered on paper. I felt it was disrespectful of my time and effort

Dr. Wang is professional and knowledgeable. She treated me with kindness and respect. She listened to my description of my problem before making a diagnosis.

Dr Wang was the best as always and explained my upcoming surgery better than the surgeon. Mackenzie was very friendly, fast and respectful. Front desk person was doing her job and not a drop more. Not that she was rude - she was just there. Person I spoke with from the call center to schedule this preop was almost exactly like the person at check-in. She sounded bored and irritable, like she'd rather be anywhere other than on the phone with me.

The care given was exceptional and i felt my needs were addressed.

I love BW Primary Care. The only thing I'd suggest is the front desk to be a little more customer friendly. She seemed annoyed to be bothered with customers.

Didn't expect to answer questions as I only spoke to Dr. Wang over the phone as a verbal conversation and I had no choice but to answer no to some questions.

This was a pre-op exam and as usual Dr. wang went through everything to be sure I was ready for my surgery next week. Have no issues now.

This was a telehealth appointment and I greatly appreciated that the office called to let me know that Dr Wang was running slightly behind. Then when Dr Wang was ready she called me herself and we had our appointment. It was done so professionally and I was able to continue working from home. Perfect situation for me

Betty Wang DO is the best doctor I've had- and I'm a physician.

I just wish the male receptionist can be a little more accommodating specially we have established relationships in this clinic for almost 18years. My husband and I have back to back appointment & were being evaluated in the same room. We were late less than 20mins. We called and talked to male receptionist an hour before the appointment that we are running late We usually arrived on time every 4-6 months for our appointment time .Upon arrival,the female receptionist welcomed our request to check if we can get accommodated together. The male receptionist talked to fbe female receptionist not just once just to stop her from helping us. Anyway, we got accommodated together.

Dr. Wang is a unique doctor. She's terrific to sit and talk with and she's very knowledgeable. It's a pleasure to be her patient.

Everything from start to finish was done in a timely manner. All results from blood work and mammograms done b4 appointment were explained in detail. Extremely helpful with my concerns and my current medical status explained.

The doctor is wonderful. She saved my life a couple years back. I now have lost weight and I am on the right medication regime to help manage my life. Dr.Wang should be nominated for best physician in the Baltimore area.

This was a very pleasant experience. I didn't need to sign in as the receptionist was ready to check me in when I walked up to the counter. I had a question about a medical bill and a second worker tried to help me with the issue. The nurse who did my weight and check in blood pressure and other medical stuff was very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Wang was thorough and delightful to work with and even the last nurse who did my exit check out and 6 month check up appointment was very nice to deal with. Everyone was in a great mood and just made the visit a good experience.

All doctor's offices are busy places, yet these people always seem to make me feel like I am the only patient

The ability to get seasonal vaccines on a walk-in basis is greatly appreciated and easy to do at BW.

Only came in to get a vaccine so not much to comment about. I love being able to just walk in to get a vaccine without an appointment - makes it so easy! The only negative comment I have about this practice is the phone system. I really want to be able to call and have someone answer the phone rather than being stuck on hold immediately and then eventually having to leave a message without ever speaking to anyone. Drives me crazy!

The only thing I do not like is if you want to get in for an urgent issue, there are never any SAME DAY APPT times ever available, so for sinus infection, URI, I have to go to a walk in place for a RX!

Everything we discussed was then brought to Dr. Wang and I finished up with her whom I just love.

Dr. Wang and staff are great. What I have an issue with are the LifeBridge back office system, the web site and messaging. Compared to John's Hopkins my chart, it is old and musty. All of my specialist are at Hopkins now because of the ease of MyChart and the expertise they offer. I haven't changed PCPs because Dr Wang and I have a 20+ year relationship. She and her staff are awesome. It's just the lifebridge patient system that frustrate me.

This provider greeted me by name. Talked to me about riding her horse once a week. She put me at ease. Excellent individual.

I needed at tetanus shot and was confused about why I needed an appointment and could not just walk in. The providers explained that because of Medicare rules I needed to be seen by a doctor first. I arrived confused and left happy
