My daughter has been coming to Dr. Tyler for several years now, and she's always had a great bedside manner. I love the way she interacts with my child. She has a unique ability to pull out information when communicating with my young teenager. And I always look forward bringing my child whenever she needs to come and seeing Dr. Tyler.

Made to wait one hour after the appointment time to be seen by an assistant. The assistant conducted themselves unprofessionally, complaining to us about her treatment at work before she would take our daughters weight and vitals. The assistant kept asking us "should I do this" "should I do that" when our daughter was sick with a 103 fever in a hot room. The assistant refused to provide Motrin to break the fever without the doctor's approval. We were made to wait 30 additional minutes in a hot room with a crying baby with a fever until the doctor finally saw us. The paperwork we were given to sign following the appointment did not reflect what we were told. The paperwork said that we refused treatment for a cold when that conversation never happened. Leaving the doctor at 4 pm when we arrived at 1 for a 1:20 PM appointment is ridiculous. The visit was incredibly stressful and frustrating. We are reconsidering our choice of visiting this pediatrician and are looking for better options.

Dr. Tyler was not very professional. I brought 2 daughters for an appointment she ask one to leave after awhile. We were all confused why? She told my daughter then that her nose is little croked too. She was earlier complaining that her shoulders are not even hight. I honestly dont know why she had to ask such a thing, looks like she wanted on purpose to make her feel bad or cry. Honestly not fair. Horrible experience and so much looking forward to change another doctor soon for my girls .
