Dr. Brad Pfeffer truly cares about his patients having great care and improving their heart health. He is thorough with his assessment, listens to your concerns, offers great advice for improvement and works with you to gain improvement. He is very kind and always available if you have a problem. He has helped me so much and I wouldn't go To anyone else. I have already sent family and friends to him and they are very pleased with improvements in their health

You need to put in a space where one can write in remarks in this survey. The nurse was definitely not friendly after she took me in half an hour past my appointment time. I understand running late, but half an hour begins to be up there especially when I have other appointments scheduled. Everyone else was professional, respectful, and helpful. Dr. Pfeffer was very thorough and assisted me with my questions, especially the demonstration of how to use a certain equipment.

I had an echocardiogram with the technician. I did not see Dr. Pfeffer. The technician was so kind, respectful and treated me with 100% respect.

I had a 9AM appointment, but was not seen until 9:40AM.

He seemed very rushed. We didn't spend enough time talking about what to expect in recovery. He didn't remember what we had talked about in my last visit. I didn't feel as comfortable this time as last time and I'm more anxious about my upcoming surgery than I was.

My first visit with this provider and everyone made me feel very comfortable. I was impressed the physician knew my history. All my questions were answered.

I really like the way the doctor shared info with me about my lab test and EKG. He suggested getting a blood pressure cuff and even suggested the best brands. Very helpful. He is a very personable person and doctor. More doctors should be like him!!!!

Dr. Pfeffer is a fabulous doctor. He has a great bedside manner, explains things totally and with ease and understanding. He knows his medicine. He knows his drugs. He knows how the drugs interact with the disease or problems that I have. So my wife and I were totally satisfied when we left. He calls back on time. He doesn't mind getting calls at night, if need be, with heart problems. He is a fabulous doctor. Son, I better hang on to him because somebody's going to want to grab him from you.

Dr Brad is GREAT.

I was given a 12:40 appt. and ask to arrive 15 min. ahead of my scheduled time. I got there at 12:30. Sign on desk that they were out to lunch. I was taken to a room at 1:10. Things went fine after that. Not sure why I was given that time for an apt.

The front office personnel were very Professional. I was there for an egogram. I did not see my Cardiologist, although he was there on that day.

Everyone was nice. I have a hard time hearing & my brain's not as sharp as it use to be. You have to speak slowly & explain what you're saying so I understand. Everyone was very nice to me.

My visit with Dr. Pfeffer went extremely well and thorough and we talked a lot about my options as to what I should do with my situation. My only complaint was having to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment but I also understand that there are times when it can't be helped in certain circumstances. My prior visit I only waited a very short time. Ten minutes if that!

I had an echo scheduled and then a follow up next month well the nurse said she was like why not have both appointments that way I didn't have to come back a second time and I really really appreciated that!

Dr. Pfeffer is Great! However, I was not greeted at the reception desk upon my arrival and did not get into see the Dr. Until 15 minutes after my appointment time. No harm no foul everything ran smoothly after getting in to see the Dr.

I really enjoy Dr. Pfeffer. He always answers my emails with questions that I might have. This visit, I was in just for a cardiology checkup and I had a situation where I had a bruise on my leg and he was concerned enough to look at it and write me a referral and told I should go see a vascular doctor because of the Coumadin alone and everything worked out real good. I was able to vascular doctor the next day, so I was glad to get his input and it's a pleasure to work with him and be his patient.

Great appointment

I have had a number of cardiologists over the years, some of them were very good. Dr. Betty Wang, my Primary Doc, recommended Dr. Pfeffer a few years ago. I am 71 years old and intend for Dr. Pfeffer to be my Cardio Doc permanently going forward. I always leave his office satisfied and informed.

I am not happy with the high cost

I've always felt as though I was a VIP at this office. Everyone was wonderful. The customer service was outstanding. I really appreciate the care and information I receive from Dr. Pfeffer. The attention to detail and making sure that I understand everything he said to me is refreshing. I really like him as my doctor and thankful for always being just an email away. He responds in less than 24 hours to my emails.

Prior to my appointment I had an echocardiogram. Dr. Pfeffer went over the results of my echocardiogram while I was there. I felt like I was given a lot of time so I was pleased with my appointment.

Exceeded expectations.

I usually appreciate the care shown at Lifebridge. This time I waited while the one reception lady made me wait for check in and for restroom directions. Both times she telephonically helped others. It has been my professional experience that the person in front of the receptionist is assisted first. Or at least put at ease to acknowledged presence. Glad when the 2nd receptionist spoke up both times and directed me. Nurses were very kind and helpful about room and cafeteria direction (alternative's offered as they have no cafeteria), and general good morning offerings. Only had to say, good morning first to one person that abruptly asked me if I had checked in prior to seating myself. They nicely then said good morning in response. There were only 4 of us seated at the time. I was the last one asked and Could be that I missed it. Overall it's a busy office and I do know they are caregivers to the maximum.

Having the EKG done at the beginning of the visit instead at the end gave the doctor much more to discuss.
