Provider was great, but previously I was shuffled between providers and got lost in the shuffle and forgotten about. I was disappointed it took a month and a half and then me reaching out to get my referral after my MRIs were done

Very carying.

When I first got to the office, I was a little nervous. When I met the receptionist, she was so funny. She lighten things up and made me very relaxed. Same thing when I went to the back the first gentleman that did testing on me was nice funny we enjoyed talking Ravens. The doctor was awesome and very cute too. By the way he told me everything I needed to know, and they all helped me through this experience professionally.

My experience was extremely positive, from the time I arrived until I checked out.

I took a an electric continuity test and it was slightly painful, but the technician was very gentle and very concerned about me and made me feel very comfortable and the doctor was just fabulous spoken language. I understood and we went through the entire procedure very easily and I am moving on with the doctors recommendations for rehabilitation and hopefully I'll I'll have a better quality of life after as a result of this visit

The doctor and his team are excellent, but to get appointment is a big deal. To get in White House is easier than get appointment to your office

This was my first visit, though no one likes any kind of medical appointment, this was a 10 out of 10. Everyone was so professional, I was not kept waiting nor treated as invisible which is rare for many of us older folks. My doc was attentive, he explained my condition in details a layperson could understand, and thank you for that!!!

My appointment was much quicker than I thought it would be. The doctor was concerned for me and the discomfort that the test was causing. He did everything possible to limit the pain as did the technician who performed the initial part of the emg.

The doctor and staff were simply wonderful. I have not experienced this kind of treatment at many places and it was quite a pleasure to work with them.

-- The results were told to me directly following the appointment -- There were no medications prescribed. -- I had given them a thorough list of my medications. Both the M.D. and the technician were friendly, comforting, professional and forthcoming with information.

The staffs were nice and friendly. The provider was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I will recommend the provider to friends and family.

My only concern was the connection with Sinai Hospital. I had to sign something that said I might owe up to $11,000 to Sinai for the visit, even if the Lifebridge doctor (Dr. Glaun) and tests were covered by my insurance. Honestly I almost walked out. I still don't know whether I will get a huge bill for using Sinai equipment and space for an hour.

My appointment was fast, came in early and seen right away, know waiting. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

The office had computer updates recently which changed my appointment time and day without my knowledge and was not aware until received my pre check in info. Luckily I could change my work schedule.

Very difficult initially to get an appointment. I never experienced anything like this in my 70 years old life. However, once the office finally called and we scheduled the appointment, I was seen in less than 2 weeks. The initial difficulty was worth it as Dr. Glaun was outstanding. Dr. Glaun and his tech performed the EMG and nerve conduction study abd then Dr. Glaun completely a thorough physical exam. Once he reviewed all the information, he clearly diagnosed my case and clearly communicated his diagnosis to me.

Had questions about the appointment date and time. Took me three try's. Finally, got a person to answer. That person was not friendly at all .

Trying to make an appointment over the phone was a nightmare. Transferred numerous times. Hung up on twice. Given the wrong fax number to send records. I almost gave up but my primary doctor recommended this doctor. Too many texts later asking for the same information already given. People in the office at Quarry Lake were terrific.

Everyone was compassionate solicitous and respectful and kind.

I HATE your continual texts, too much..I answered one and continually kept getting the same request.

Dr and staff were very friendly and the Dr explained everything each step away and made my EMG very easy.

I had a great experience here. I felt more secure about my recent diagnosis after seeing the specialist.

Dr. Glaun is an outstanding neurologist. I think on a 10 out of 10, I gave him that. A wonderful neurologist, wonderful person, was very deliberate, examined me thoroughly, and came up with an assessment and plan and future appointment. So I've seen Dr. Glaun before and would highly recommend him to anyone for neurologic evaluation.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Glaun. He was extremely professional, informative, and has a genuine bedside manner that assured me of the feeling that I was an actual patient as opposed to just another immaterial patient number on the files. I applaud Dr. Natalie/Dr. Muzuera for referring me to consult with Dr Glaun as a way to outrule the questionable results of my MRI. Ever since I've been under the care of my Lifebridge neurology practitioners, I commend their expert attention to my patient needs and I appreciate Dr. Glaun for encouraging me to consider the extra efforts we discussed to aid in improving my neurological wellness. Totally pleased and very relieved at the highly efficient level of care I always receive.
