Everyone I came in contact with was very courteous and helpful.

The only somewhat negative experience is while the receptionist was checking me in she was on a personal phone call where everyone could hear what she was saying.

I appreciated the walk in availability soooo much. I initially went to express care the day before just to find out there was no X-ray tech which was very upsetting. It was late night and most centers were about to close so I said to myself I'll just try again tomorrow. Overnight this ortho clinic popped up for me in Google. I've seen the building, but never knew this was available. And I felt much more comfortable with seeing an ortho specialist anyway. The whole team was great. And even though I never mentioned, Ive been an ER RN for 20 years and the customer service was exactly what I expected.

I would like say that it was one of my best experiences I ever had with all the staff members I encountered especially because it was my first time there and I was a walk in patient and I didn't wait very long at all . AWESOME TEAM !!! Thank you all so much .

I was a walk in patient that fractured my ankle over the weekend and needed to follow up after my visit to express care. I was seen timely and my X-rays were already there since express care is part of life bridge health. Friendly and efficient staff- thank you!

The front desk person, when I first arrived, could have helped to give me and come get my paperwork rather make me get up knowing I was in pain and having trouble walking. I ended up having a small hairline left foot fracture.
