Dr Dembo actually listens to me and he also asks questions, allowing him to make sound evaluations. He also doesn't appear to be "on the clock", although he probably is.

I'm very happy with Dr. Dembo and his staff. They are friendly and professional. I'm usually uptight when I have a doctor's appointment and they put me at ease right away. I am impressed how they take you just about on time as your appointment was scheduled. Wonderful, no long wait. They treat you with respect and caring by showing that your time is valuable also. There may me an emergency some time that they are unable to do this. We need to under- stand when this happens.

Dr. Dembo and the entire staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. I was taken back by the technician within a few minutes of arriving at the office. Dr. Dembo went over my test results in detail and listened to all of my concerns.

I was comfortable and appreciated everything from my hospital stay, to the cardiac rehab nurses to Dr. Dembo and his staff.

That is the nicest, cleanest office I have ever been in. Everyone was so kind, caring and considerate.

The office really needs more up to date credit card processing where cards can be swiped at the very least. Many credit cards no longer list the card numbers on them to provide greater security, but your offices require a card with the numbers showing because they must manually enter this information to charge the card. That is very old technology and puts the security savvy patient at a disadvantage. Luckily, I did have a back up card that does still have the information printed on the card. It isn't my credit card of choice for these transactions.

I was impressed by the professionalism. I think Dr Dembo listens and communicates clearly. I am looking forward to working with Dr Dembo has the journey continues.

He was soooo nice. Made me very comfortable and I am glad he's our Heart Doctor. He is a young man, very knowledgeable and that was very nice too. He treated me as if I was his only patient I am going to tell my family to go to him as well.
