Dr Cho listened carefully to my history and the problem I have been having. He examined my arm and elbow and explained my issue. He gave me a OT script and his partner's name and number for follow-up in case OT doesn't work!

Everyone is so nice

Everyone was professional, helpful and efficient. I was very impressed with how quickly I was seen and how the visit still gave me full opportunity to discuss my health concerns and questions.

Everything was handled professionally and friendly.

Dr. Cho is a great ortho surgeon. He did a beautiful job on closing up my incision. He was thoughtful, thorough, and encouraging.

All of the staff from the front desk to the doctors were very kind, respectful, very professional, made sure I was clear on my diagnosis and what I needed to do to follow up. So I really appreciate the support from everyone there.

I was treated with such competent kindness that I almost cried. Everything a doctor's office should do and be from Doctor Cho to his lovely knowledgable PA to the person who took off my cast to the x-ray lady and the sweet receptionist. Thank you all for caring for me and helping me so much!

Let's not bury the lede. I will not return to this office. It's a shame because Dr. Cho was stellar. The admin staff, not so much. I arrive 10 minutes early for my 2p appt. I'd completed the online check-in and figured I wouldn't need to complete much else. Walking into the large and well-appointed space, I knew it would be a great experience! I was wrong. I sign in as the signage instructs then take my seat. While signing in, I overhear the ONLY two admins present at the time, heavily critiquing pictures of pregnant women on their cell phone. I waited patiently in my seat as their conversation continued. And continued. And continued. Keep in mind, neither admin greeted me nor even looked up from the phone for that matter. A few minutes after 2pm, another person walked in for their appt. They signed in and stood in front of the chatty admins, interrupting their conversation after neither of them acknowledged them as well. I momentarily thought I should've done the same, but I think I was taken aback by the audacity. Now interrupted, one of the two admins callously walks away out of sight without saying a word. Again, the audacity. After a third admin calls this same person back before me, although I signed in first, my annoyance escalated. When the third admin walked out again, I asked her what's the process because... (then I recounted my experience to this point). I was finally checked in, by a fourth admin. By this point, whispers begin between the initial admin and the fourth admin. I assume to level set. I just wanted this experience to be done. They would peek around their laptops; I assume to see if I was looking at them. I was. The level of unprofessionalism is still stunning to me. Beyond that, no one apologized or worked to make things better. I took a picture of the admins in their unprofessional absurdity, one for a time stamp (versus my sign-in time) and two, for documentation. I jotted down names, too, but I'll keep that for documentation rather than exposing their identity. I did get their manager's contact information and will be leaving them my account. On a personal level as a Black woman and a professional, it is upsetting to have this experience by the hands of all black women. I would've loved to share online that these women were impressive. They weren't and should really be ashamed of themselves. Again, this review really sucks in consideration of Dr. Cho because he did a wonderful job explaining and advising. He was quick but not rushed. The poor experience of the admin staff far outweighed that of Dr. Cho and because of the former, I won't be back.

I felt informed about my condition and was treated very cordial and was also told what to expect from my injury.

I was impressed with the entire experience. From the front desk, to x-ray, to nurse, to PA TO DR. ALL EXTREMELY patient, kind, understanding and accommodating. The Dr was exceptionally knowledgeable and explained all so well and was so understanding. He said what my options were and expressed that if I need more information to call him back.

I just wanted to comment and say that Dr. Cho was amazing. He was very personable. He made me feel at ease through the whole surgery. We talked and made the whole situation very comfortable and very relaxing. So it wasn't that bad actually getting both my hands operated on him. He was an awesome doctor and still is.

Dr. Cho is an outstanding communicator when describing what my upcoming procedure would involve. He talks in terms that are understandable to a person that had no medical background. Most important, I NEVER fell rushed when I have An appointment with him. Today, so many doctors act as if a patient is on a conveyor belt, and, they cannot wait to leave the room. Dr. Cho takes his time with you, and he makes you feel relaxed when sometimes you are a little apprehensive or scared about a diagnosis.

I trust Dr. Cho. He is very professional, caring, listens to his patients and provides great advice. He is available for his patients if needed.

Had a bad fall and badly broke my wrist and they squeezed me in to set appointment and treatment as surgery is urgent. totally satisfied

I appreciate the doctor making room on her schedule today. She was also very kind and gentle. The receptionist was very nice also.

The doctor explained to me about my hand that is very logical and medical aspects of future operation, and physical therapy and how it might affect my future use of my arm.

Love Dr Cho. Makes me feel comfortable in his care and in his hands. Couldn't ask for more from a hand surgeon. Highly recommend.

I was delighted that there were quite a number of things suggested that could help with my problem and surgery was NOT the first resort. Dr. Cho and his assistants were very pleasant and reassuring throughout my visit and gave me understandable answers to all my questions.

So far so good as far as everything I've explained thus far in this questionnaire. I've still as yet to wait until the final outcome to make an overall rating but as of now things are very promising as far as the treatment plan is concerned. I arrived 20 minutes early and I got out before my appointment time..everyone was friendly I had a great experience..

My responses of "Yes, Some What" was because the front desk never spoke to me. I pre-registered on line. When I arrived, I signed in. The 1st verbal contact I had was the technician calling me to the examining room.

Dr. Cho was very attentive and explained why my hand was not letting my finger extend. He made suggestions to treat the issue and I decided for injection then surgery if injections don't work. Very pleased with Dr. Cho. I would highly recommend him.

My experience was nothing less than perfect! From my first appointment to my last, I received the best care possible. From exams and xrays, to cast and rehab, I have been extremely happy and satisfied with the care I have received.
