I did not have an appointment and canned to the office with a very painful injury due to a fall on the ice. I was able to see a doctor within 15 minutes and was given an order for an xray. Dr Grewe was excellent.

I love the Doctor that had there ,, she was so nice and understandable,, I love her personality and she communicated with me very well. She was nice and pleasant and I loved it. She's the best.

Dr. Grewe makes me comfortable and doesn't lecture me. She is able to get me to have tests and vaccines that I ordinarily would not get because she treats me as an equal rather than talking down or lecturing me.

I am a new patient , after recently moving to the state of Maryland. Dr Grewe was very kind and welcoming and took her time to get to know me. She was very thorough. The appointment was not rushed. She went over my medical history. I recently lost my husband and and Dr Grewe was very sympathetic and made me feel like she cared. I really liked her and am very pleased that she will be my new primary care Dr.

Dr. Grewe made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail with questions about my health. She is the first provider that I have liked in many years. She stood out, because she seemed like she really cares about her patients.

Dr Grewe listen to what I had to say and then provided information was helpful.

Dr. Grewe was actually amazing. I really, really liked her and we see her again. The office itself is very difficult to get anyone to pick up the phone. I have actually driven and walked in to make an appointment. That's my only issue with BW Primary is nobody picks up the phone. I think you guys let the phone ring off the hook very frequently. I do love the doctors there, so that's why I keep you guys as a provider. But the picking up the phone is a big problem. Otherwise, Dr. Grewe was amazing. Thank you.

I was disappointed that I couldn't see Dr.Braman but I was impressed with Dr. Grewe and would happily see her again. She was very thorough. She was pleasant and put me at ease.

My provider was wonderful, she should get an award for being able to describe what was going on and making sure that I felt comfortable the entire time thank her for her work

I've been a patient of Dr. Wang's since the practice began and I continue to go to her as much as possible. However, now that I've met Dr. Grewe, if Dr. Wang is not available, I would be pleasantly pleased to have her as my provider in Dr. Wang's absence if she's not available. Dr. Grewe was very, very warm, welcoming, paid attention, and I was just pleasantly surprised at how much I felt comfortable with her during this visit.

Hi, yes, I saw Bridget Grewe. This was my first visit with her and I was having problems with my blood pressure being very low. And when she saw me, she was very professional. She knew everything about what was in my chart. We discussed medications. We discussed history. And I brought up about my lipedema, and she was the first person, the first provider that has ever said to me or asked me if I was seen at a specialist clinic for lipidema, and I told her no. And I said I tried to, but they wouldn't call me back. So she said to me, you know what? So I'm going to do some digging and I'm going to see if I can find out some things for you. And then we can talk about that at the next visit. And that really meant a lot to me. And I even said

My first time seeing Dr Grewe and she is phenomenal. The nurse who attended me and did my ekg was also fantastic

I was very pleasantly surprised that Dr. Grewe said she would send an email to my ENT on Monday and I received a call from my ENT because she did email. So it was a pleasant surprise that she was working very hard to make that happen. So I'm very appreciative.

Very professional as well as personable. I felt my concern were not only heard and addressed but the provider requested additional testing to get to the bottom of the issue

I was very happy to get a new care provider after finding out my former provider was no longer my provider. It took about 6 weeks to get a new provider. We talked about issues I have recently been having and have made plans to get me back on track; starting with a referral to start PT after a fracture of {patient info redacted to protect privacy}. Also providing me with information on providers for my {patient info redacted to protect privacy}. I feel that we will work well together

My symptoms began just that morning, and my wife had an appointment for 2 PM. I'm her sole care provider, so I was worried that, without early treatment and diagnosis, I would not be able to care for my wife. The receptionist at BW Primary Care was most helpful in getting me an appointment, and Dr. Grewe was very gracious to see me at the same time as my wife's appointment. Thank you so much to everyone at BW Primary Care of Eldersburg, Md.

Dr. Grewe was patient, kind, supportive of my decisions, and encourage me to make good choices for my best health. She was one of the best providers I've ever had. And her assistant, Katie, was equally as fantastic.

I signed in on the clipboard as instructed by the sign at 1:50. By 2:15 several people who had come in after me had already been called back. It wasn't until I made a point of checking the sign in sheet at around 2:20 that someone finally looked at the sheet and saw that they had missed checking me in. I then had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes to finally get called back for my 2 pm appointment at about 2:35 pm. If you are going to ask people to sign in on the clipboard, the clipboard needs to be checked!

I was surprised that Dr. Grewe did not check my ears and my throat which was always done in previous 6 month checkups!

Dr Grewe was attentive, articulate, easy to talk to. A very rewarding experience for me as a patient meeting with new PCP for the first time.

It seems like the front desk staff could have used more help, but it was late in the day, and everyone was doing their best. My experience was overall very positive!

Dr. Grewe was able to be present, using eye contact and verbal sincerity, in our visit while updating the medical record on her laptop. Katie, who checked me in was able to record what she needed to on her laptop while maintaining a personable encounter with me.

This was the first time in many years that I actually felt heard and did not feel ashamed to discuss alternative options for my symptoms. Talking to Dr Grewe was easy and not intimidating. Will see her again!

I think I've been to this office 3 times. I've simply never been more satisfied with the help I've gotten and by the professionals who provided me with that help.

This provider researched my history and explain things in a way that I was able to understand. TBI. And she is getting the exception of a new medication from my endocrinologist and neurologist

I got a quick appt. but not with my regular provider. I loved the new doctor. She listened and explained why I was having breathing problems (I have asthma!). She researched the new meds (I was allergic to the old one) and made sure my insurance would cover it. Love Dr. Grewe and her assistant!!!
