Dr. BRIGITTE GREWE made my visit very pleasant. She was professional, thoughtful and thorough.

This was my first visit but so far everything is great

I really like Dr Grewe and feel confident in her knowledge and abilities.

Dr Grewe was very thorough especially with the neurology testing as i went in with a head trauma. She impressed me with her knowledge of neurology as i see a neurologist on a regular basis. She watch my reactions and movements - I thought i was doing pretty good, but she noticed very slight movements being off. It was the 1st concussion I ever had and i was not aware of how "off" i was. She asked if i could find a way home as she didn't want me to drive. I was so touched by her concern for me and the others i may encounter on the road. I wouldn't hesitate to see her in the future.

Best information I ever received from a doctor. She was so professional and gave me advise on how to maintain pain until I could get an X-ray, etc.

Dr. Grewe and her nurse are caring people who take time to explain everything. They are thorough and honest and I appreciate that.

Dr. Grewe was perfect and I would definitely make another appt with her in the future. Test results were phoned the following day. Perfect appt - thanks!

Dr. Grewe was amazing, one of the best doctors I've ever seen. She took her time, she listened to me, she validated all my symptoms of perimetopause. It was a fantastic appointment, and we made treatment plans going forward. I appreciate her so much.

I think she's fantastic and I feel so lucky to find both her and your office. However my case is rare and it will take time for this provider and I to approach this together. All of the doctors I've known who comprehend my condition are dead.,& My longtime Internist retired

Brigitte is awesome, and courteous about my needs.

The only thing I can say is my CT showed something last year and it was not brought to my attention until this visit

Dr. Grewe was very patient and understanding with my concerns.

I am pleased that BW Primary Care has made improvement on the total care/operations in this practice. The only issue I have is sometimes when you request prescriptions refill through portal, seems like the request falls in a hole and not as efficient as it could be.

Dr. Grew was exceptional. Very receptive and knowledgeable and took interest in my small cut despite the fact that it was a minor issue I could have possibly dealt with without a visit.

Dr Grewe was empathetic, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to and be treated by! Would highly recommend her to my friends who are going through hormonal challenges.

She was very nice and the girl that dealt with my ear blockage was excellent in getting the the blockage out.

Dr. Grewe has been a great doctor for me already but she made a more sensitive appointment for me much easier than I expected. She talked me through every step and helped me to be able to relax. She was attentive and listened to me when I discussed the issues I was having and gave me a clear path on how we would continue with treatment. Best doctor I've ever had!

I love the office and doctor Brigitte is so nice so is all the receptionist I don't mind going to the doctor I was just there and it was a pleasure.

Experience was great.. I am a new patient and I could not ask for any better treatment or respect from Dr. Grewe and the entire staff.

Dr. Grewe as well as the nurse who took me back were both amazing. The appointment began right on time. After having past bad experiences with my old primary care doctor, she put me at ease and made me feel as though she actually wanted to help me find the root cause for my visit. I am so glad that my mother's coworker recommended her to us! I didn't give Dr. Grewe a perfect score for knowing my medical history as this was my first visit with her. That is not meant to be a negative sign. She definitely is in the right profession

My experience was what I hoped it would be, seeing a new PCP for the first time.

I am a new patient and pleased with the care given from Dr. Brigitte Grewe.

The provider, Dr. Grewe, gets a 10 out of 10 on EVERYTHING. She was nice, listened to me, and explained everything. I left my phone in the car and the nurse let me run out to get it, and was very sweet. However, the reception area is terrible! There is a lot of echo and the receptionists yell at you as though you have a hearing aid. There were people who are HoH, but they talked really loudly to everyone. It's not obvious where my provider's office is. You just walk into a lobby and are expected to go to the security desk. Oh wait, that's the receptionist? I am appalled and highly discouraged that my provider can't see any of the forms I filled out the night before. And so when I got there, I was expected to fill out more forms, and on paper. Are you aware of what year it is? Why don't you have any sort of data management that hails to a year past 1994??? And the worst, as I leave, apprehensive about making my follow up appointments, I ask the loud receptionists if I can do it online. The head one says, "The only way I will let you make an appointment online is if it's a follow-up." "Let me?" "Let me?" Does she control the online interface and I am not aware of it? It would explain the poor data sharing. But come to find out, I can't make an appt online with my provider. Grewe doesn't have that function on your lovely website. I think this is my first LBH appt, and I am very disappointed in the administration and IT it possesses. I am only going back for the doctor. I really hope she finds a different practice, though.

The doctor is very nice

I am new to the practice. My previous primary retired after 30 years at a different practice. BW Primarycare and Dr. Grewe provided an experience so superior to what I am used to in my old practice. I didn't know primary healthcare could be so great. I have my annual physical scheduled for next month. I am thrilled to have a provider like Dr. Grewe managing my primary health going forward.

This was not my primary provider so other than the computer she would not know my history. She did consult the computerized records as needed to appropriately identify allergies and prescribe the most appropriate medication.

the doctor was a good listener as I spoke of my discomfort. she also was concerned and caring as she discussed procedure and remedies for my condition. Additionally, she phoned me at home next day to discuss Xray results.

I did not have an appointment and canned to the office with a very painful injury due to a fall on the ice. I was able to see a doctor within 15 minutes and was given an order for an xray. Dr Grewe was excellent.

I love the Doctor that had there ,, she was so nice and understandable,, I love her personality and she communicated with me very well. She was nice and pleasant and I loved it. She's the best.

Dr. Grewe makes me comfortable and doesn't lecture me. She is able to get me to have tests and vaccines that I ordinarily would not get because she treats me as an equal rather than talking down or lecturing me.

I am a new patient , after recently moving to the state of Maryland. Dr Grewe was very kind and welcoming and took her time to get to know me. She was very thorough. The appointment was not rushed. She went over my medical history. I recently lost my husband and and Dr Grewe was very sympathetic and made me feel like she cared. I have actually driven and walked in to make an appointment. That's my only issue with BW Primary is nobody picks up the phone. I think you guys let the phone ring off the hook very frequently. I do love the doctors there, so that's why I keep you guys as a provider. But the picking up the phone is a big problem. Otherwise, Dr. Grewe was amazing. Thank you.

I was disappointed that I couldn't see Dr.Braman but I was impressed with Dr. Grewe and would happily see her again. She was very thorough. She was pleasant and put me at ease.

I've been a patient of Dr. Wang's since the practice began and I continue to go to her as much as possible. However, now that I've met Dr. Grewe, if Dr. Wang is not available, I would be pleasantly pleased to have her as my provider in Dr. Wang's absence if she's not available. Dr. Grewe was very, very warm, welcoming, paid attention, and I was just pleasantly surprised at how much I felt comfortable with her during this visit.

Hi, yes, I saw Bridget Grewe. This was my first visit with her and I was having problems with my blood pressure being very low. And when she saw me, she was very professional. She knew everything about what was in my chart. We discussed medications. We discussed history. And I brought up about my lipedema, and she was the first person, the first provider that has ever said to me or asked me if I was seen at a specialist clinic for lipidema, and I told her no. And I said I tried to, but they wouldn't call me back. So she said to me, you know what? So I'm going to do some digging and I'm going to see if I can find out some things for you. And then we can talk about that at the next visit. And that really meant a lot to me. And I even said

My first time seeing Dr Grewe and she is phenomenal. The nurse who attended me and did my ekg was also fantastic

I was very pleasantly surprised that Dr. Grewe said she would send an email to my ENT on Monday and I received a call from my ENT because she did email. So it was a pleasant surprise that she was working very hard to make that happen. So I'm very appreciative.
