Although we wish we didn't need to come in to see a GI, Dr O'laughlin was kind and caring. She explained her suspicions and tests required to confirm or not. She answered both mine and my son's questions.

The doctors were friendly and knowledgeable and gave very focused care. The office staff were helpful. Trying to get an appointment was a little bit harder than I would have liked. Phones were not answered during office hours and they never returned our call requesting a new appointment time.

Good afternoon, my name is {patient info redacted to protect privacy}. I'm the mother of {patient info redacted to protect privacy}. My children were seen and all I can say is the doctor was amazing. Like with everything and me, she was very amazing. She listened, she was respectful. As a mother, you know, sometimes doctors know stuff, but as a mother, I knew my children. We talked it over on what we'll do for step A and step B. And I just feel that she literally made me leave there very comfortable. I actually was texting my mother before I even left the clinic and told her how good this doctor was. She definitely deserves her whole five stars.

Dr O'Laughlin is caring and compassionate. She has a tremendous amount of patients both for my million questions and my daughters stubborn streak. My daughter was doing an activity page while we waited and wanted to finish. Dr O'Laughlin said she could and while she waited talked to my daughter about her summer and family. My daughter felt valued and heard.

Appreciate that they have a grace period for being late. We could not find the building and walked around the whole campus!
