I just want to clarify that Dr. Redding is an okay doctor. Some things that she was telling me, she had forgot. Things like I didn't follow up like I was supposed to and I actually did. I just didn't see it. I didn't see her in person. It was telehealth and we had a phone conversation. And I feel like she gave me the impression that I had some issues and she made me feel like the question that she was asking and I was telling her, it was like, okay, whatever. Like she gave me that kind of feeling on this last visit. And, you know, it just left me feeling like I didn't want to.

It smelled life weed in the office and they took too long to see me over and hour

Yes, I had an appointment yesterday with Camelle Redding. I have found her always to be a person who listens to my concerns, gives suggestions. She hears what I say. I appreciate her and would recommend her to anyone. Thank you.

This was an initial visit with this provider and I was very pleased with her. The wait to see her was a little longer than I would have liked but she was well worth the wait.

My appts have been cancelled multiple times. The last appt was switched from in person to virtual at the last minute and then the provider was 15 min late and possibly more than that, I hung up after waiting for 15 min

The provider always reviews the results of my lab work and asks if I need refills. Ofttimes I'm not sure whether I need refills or not and it's helpful for the reminder. It is also good to review the differences in blood pressure and weight between visits.

I have to say, I actually look forward to my appointments with NP Redding and Sharon. They make me feel comfortable and they're always honest with me when I ask questions or have concerns. As I've gotten older, these 2 things are more important than I can tell you.

Ms zRedding discuss her concern/s regarding my test results in a way that I fully understand them and explains what if anything that I need to do to rectify the problem and,/or what she has to do as we go forward. I thank Ms Redding for her patience and her attention to detail re medication, re vaccines, test etc.

Ms. Camelle Redding and her staff were very excellent at customer service and professional at what they do. My husband and I really appreciate them.

Camelle Redding listens to what you are saying and responds accordingly. She is very understand and kind. She is a great provider. However I can't say the same for your phone system, it is HORRIBLE. You can never speak to a human. It's takes multiple calls to get prescriptions refilled! Your phone system is enough to make me think about leaving your practice. But I like PA Redding. So hopefully you'll get the phone system fixed. The other issue is I can't get into my portal. I am unable to get a verification code. Even someone at your office could NOT get IT TO WORK. He said I would have to call your help desk to get it resolved. I have to call your help desk wow!

Your telephone protocol is not an effective Method. I mean U have to call a general telephone number then that person has to send email to your director's office. A timely follow up with patient is a slow process. Please work on a better method that is m ire conductive to the patient.

My provider is very Helpful, courteous & patient

Was sent to a room ,then was asked to go back out front because another patient was late for her appt and came late. I felt that I shouldn't have to leave room for late cust. Asked doctor a question that she didn't answer. States she will get back to me about bladder issue.

My experience was better than I expected. Every one was pleasant. The young lady that took my vitals four times was very patient, didn't rush doing so and made me feel comfortable. Dr very knowledgable and comforting. She explained everything to me so I could understand. She gave me pros and cons for a new medication that she's prescribing me and she got me in and out in a timely matter... thank you a very decent staff ...

Everyone is very professional. Dr Redding and her assistant are awesome. They take time to answer questions and always make sure they you are completely satisfied with your concerns before you leave. They also have a great personality. Helps make it easier to visit your doctor.

I am truly thankful to have Ms Redding and her assistant Ms Sharon take care of me and my family. They are excellent providers and lightbridge is blessed to have people like them working for your company. I know when we come here we are in excellent hands. Everyone in this office truly cared about the people and the one person who stood out the most was the woman who took my vitals,she deserves to be recognized for her work.

The one thing that concerns me is that using the phone line service for someone to get back with me was awful. No one ever got back with me. I was informed that the telephone message is supposed to be sent the office I was trying to reach for medical refills.

It's hard to find a good PCP and I've definitely found one with Camille Redding. She is very personable and genuinely care about your well being.

Camille Redding explained everything well And makes sure I have paperwork about the visit and what follow up I need to do such as lab work and other tests.

Uh, the nurse, excuse me, this reading, it was exceptionally friendly. She was all the time. She was knowledgeable of my case. She helped me decide what medicines I needed and some that I didn't need to be the middle ground to be. So I, and she informed me that we would see each other more often, which I didn't do with my prior doctor. It was just a very good meeting with her and I felt confident that I would see her again in the future.
