Provider came in almost 40 minutes after appointment time, she did not know anything about me or baby. It felt very discouraging considering how long I had waited. She didn't know any information about my previous appointment or the induction I had scheduled next week. She asked if I had the GBS swab which I just had at the previous appt 3 days ago and asked me for the results rather than taking a second to look them up herself. It felt like I was serving myself instead of being serviced.

Dr. Shell is phenomenal, very caring. She definitely looks at your medical history before. She answers all questions with patience. She's not in a rush throughout the whole appointment. She makes you feel comfortable. I would highly, highly recommend her. I think she's an asset to the practice.

Dr. Caroline Shell was amazing. She's the best of the best OBGYN I have ever had. She listened to all my concerns and treated me with kindness and compassion. I truly felt seen and heard for the first time in a while by a provider. The medical student she had was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend her to other people.
