Dr Ravi was exceptionally thorough in looking after me. Mz. Bella was an absolute gem in calling my the next day to give me updates on my test results and Dr. Ravi's recommendations before my next visit. The front desk crew, essentially Stephanie, were most helpful.

From the start to the finish of the appointment, was very professional, very knowledgeable. It was a first appointment. The receptionist was absolutely amazing. She was alert. She was oriented. She was welcoming. She greeted us from the door, from the start of the finish. The MA that called us back was professional. The appointment went smooth. Concerns were taken. The doctor listened since it was the first appointment, had some understanding, gave me the proper referral for what was needed, what was going on, and offered a follow-up appointment. 10 out of 10 experience.

As a first time patient, this was a highly troublesome experience. Most of the visit was taken up gathering and inputing data that should have been requested prior to seeing the patient. The physician had never met me and had little information and yet made assumptions about care based on inadequate information. I resent that he felt the need to describe my behavior as "argumentative and cantankerous" because I took issue with some of the things he recommended. I will always do that when I am presented with information that seems inconsistent with best medical practices, not aligned with current science and does take into account the unique needs of the patient. Perhaps he is used to passive, unengaged patients. But that will never be me. I view his behavior as grossly unprofessional in that regard. The relationship between a physician and patient is a partnership, built on trust and respect, and after our encounter and reading that comment in his notes, I really wonder about the philosophy of this practice. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident.

Dr Ravi was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. His staff a bit more negative. I felt his staff a bit negative when trying to get an apppointment and unhelpful on an RX for colostomy supplies. Still don't know if I am successful on getting a script for colostomy supplies will be successful.

It was my first appointment with Dr. Ravi and I look forward to working with him a it relates.to my health-care needs. Everyone in his office was very kind, courteous and accommodating.

My ck (muscle) bloodwork showed a problem with my muscles. I feel the weakness from them. I started drinking protein shakes and flexing and stretching my muscles. Dr. Ravi told me my bloodwork looked really good and don't worry about my ck. Everything looked good. My concern is Dr. Ravi is feeling off. I've been seeing him for years. Maybe someone could check in on him to see if he is doing okay.

The entire staff treated me and my daughter with dignity, respect and kindness. The first person we met greeted us with a smile and welcomed us to the office. Everyone was professional.

My experience was OUTSTANDING!

The call center is horrible. I called to talk to my doctor and no one ever answered the phone A recording came on and said that l would get a call back. I never did .This service is very impersonable. Sometimes a patient may need to talk to office staff.. I don't like the new system at all.

I think I have found the Doctor I have been looking for.I love him.He told me things about myself that I had forgotten or given up on.He really wants to help me more than I want to help myself.I might even start to care about myself.I don't know how I ended up in this location, that I don't feel safe in.I feel that he really cares about me, more than I do myself. .

Being a first and new patient, Dr. Ravi is the best . He gave me information that I had never received from any provider. He had already done a research on my medical history which was very impressive and cool. Glad I found a new doctor.

I felt like I was rushed and I was frustrated I had to like tell the provider to examine him physically he was just asking questions I wanted a full physical I had to even go back to ask for blood work I feel because he has Dimentia he did not think he was really needed to examine him I may have to find another provider
