While providers are extremely joyful and helpful is not the case with the staff. The staff are very stern and I cannot blame them maybe they are under pressure to welcome customers, and I don't think they were trained to smile to the Customer to the customers and the patients they seem to be very serious and very strict n stern so the ball is in your court unless you think they have to be that way in order to welcome patience

I'd just like to say that Dr. Cummings has the nicest, the most warm person as a secretary. I called and told her how upset I was, not feeling well, and could she work me in, and she did. And of course, Dr. Cummings, to me, is wonderful. And his girl that takes your blood pressure was very nice also. But I have to say that Dr. Cummings' secretary is a 10 plus, and that's what I have to say.

Dr. Cummings was the first doctor that I spoke with who did not make my weight the most pressing issue and was very supportive/encouraging of the steps I'm taking to get/stay healthy. But had I known I needed a referral, I would have made sure I had one, you know, prior to my visit sent over. But, you know, that could certainly be on me, you know, as well. Why were the patients required to wear face masks yet no one who works there had one on?

My appointment was at 1515, but they called with a cancellation at 1400 which I gladly took! I was seen promptly at 1400.

I just want to tell you that he did a great job. He gave me a stent in June and I feel so much better and I'm very happy with him. And he's very personable and very good doctor. I mean, I had a heart problem and he helped me. I love it. If I made a mistake on anything, it's because I was in a bad accident and I crunched my head really bad. But I think I did pretty good.
