Why were the patients required to wear face masks yet no one who works there had one on?

My appointment was at 1515, but they called with a cancellation at 1400 which I gladly took! I was seen promptly at 1400.

I just want to tell you that he did a great job. He gave me a stent in June and I feel so much better and I'm very happy with him. And he's very personable and very good doctor. I mean, I had a heart problem and he helped me. I love it. If I made a mistake on anything, it's because I was in a bad accident and I crunched my head really bad. But I think I did pretty good. Hello, I would like to add that I would like to have more time on a results appointment to ask questions and have my questions answered. The appointment goes quickly in the 15 minutes allotted, which I believe it is, and there's not enough time to ask questions and when the minutes are up, it's up. And then I leave sometimes with many questions that should have been answered. I don't like feeling left hanging. That's all I have to say. Love Dr. Cummings. Love, love Dr. Cummings, but the time on those appointments should be a little longer.

The wait time after being checked in & asked to have a seat, being told some one will call you,how long ought patient wait before asking receptionist what's the problem? The auto check in is simply awful ? after I had completed the check in , there were @ least three more requests to confirm/ cancel appointment

I changed to this cardiologist and just have been nothing but happy. He is very good at communication, makes time for my appointment the day before I leave for Florida. Just goes out of his way to be helpful. Great patient doctor relationship.

Concerned, the bill for my paracentis more than doubled. I had been charged $70 as a copay. It jumped nearly $3000. I need an explanation. FYI I get this procedure every three months and it was suggested I move it up to two months. I need financial relief.

From the time of my heart surgery 18 months ago until now, Dr Cummings and staff has always made time to listen and has always been an encourager.

The nurse Lorraine Kane RN was so friendly and personable. Lorraine made my preop call and really put me at ease. After my cardiac catheter Lorraine was very reassuring and helped me put the results in perspective. Also it showed how much she loved her job team and coworkers. A pleasure

Everything happened in an on time timely manner. The staff, including the valet parking attendant and the staff that transported me to my vehicle, all performed in a personable yet disciplined manner.The team in the Cath Lab worked as a disciplined cohesive unit and seemed to work very well with Dr. Cummings. The catheterization was a lot more comfortable than the one I had in May 2013 ,before my aoritic valve replacement. The entire staff was courteous, disciplined, and thorough. My Cardiologist, Dr Douglas Clarke, has selected all the facilities and Doctors involved in my heart evaluations and surgeries for over 25 years.
