Telehealth visit. Very comprehensive. I'm really appreciative that my Dad could do a telehealth visit. The site was easy to use including the previsit testing of audio and video.

Provider was very helpfuland professional.

I feel like there's other things that they could have did for my appointment, like treat me for a bacteria infection instead of them waiting for me to get tested and get results back. I feel as though if I feel like I have something that needs to be treated and I know what I'm feeling in my body, I feel as though they should have second guessed my judgment just as well. I wouldn't second guess their judgment. I feel as though if I feel like it's a bacteria that I have, I think that they should go ahead and treat me for the bacteria instead of me waiting to get tested and suffer and cause other problems, knowing that what I'm feeling is what I'm feeling. I should have to always have them try to make my choices for me when I can feel and tell them what's going on in my body.

Appointment on time, provider was excellent.

It was a Tele visit. The connection didn't work properly The second time. I was however able to have a productive audio interview despite the initial problems.

Should not have to wait an hour for the physician to attend your appointment time grately appreciated to handle this matter in the near future thank you have a wonderful new year

I think Sarah Saunders is the most caring provider that I've had in a long, long time. She cares about my health, my well-being, my state of mind. She asks a lot of questions. She's up to date on all my records. I had been to the hospital. She had a report. She shared all kinds of questions and information with me. So I'm very glad that I'm going to that office, that I see her, and I see Dr. Rabine. Either one of them are absolutely wonderful. So thank you.

I had trouble putting One Click on my phone, so I was the one who was late. When I spoke to the Nurse Practitioner, she asked pertinent questions and answered all my questions. She directed me how we should proceed. Very good!

She was very attentive and gave us good information. She set up tests to help us.

This was the most excellent care. Extreme preparation was ready for me and very helpful, very explanatory, very professional, very friendly. I would recommend this provider in a second and I really appreciated the care. Thank you so much. Bye now.

I just want to say there were questions that were asked about visiting the office, but my appointment was a televisit, so I pressed a four because I didn't want to say no. But the young lady, the doctor that I spoke with to do my assessment for the procedure was very helpful, very understanding, very friendly, and very knowledgeable.

I appreciate the ongoing plan to improve my GI health and the thinking outside of the box approach to reach treatment goals.

Everything was great except the zoom connection. It took over 20 minutes to figure out how to connect. It was extremely frustrating. I almost gave up with the call. This happens every time there is a zoom call. I really dislike the technology.

Chayeh listened when I explained the problem that brought me to her. She knew my history and made suggestions for solving my problems. She went over my medications with me and asked if I felt the need to make another appointment. We agreed I would do so, if my medical provider and I felt it was needed. Everyone was helpful, Billie, at the desk, and Michelle, who took my vitals.

NP Saunders was a breath of fresh air. She asked many questions and was attentive to my description of my acute symptoms. She immediately explained my condition as well as what she would prescribe to alleviate my symptoms. She also immediately made a follow up appointment to follow up on my condition. We had a telehealth visit and she was very receptive and pleasant. She's a valuable member of the GI team and she has a new fan!!

My doctor was very helpful in trying to understand what I was going through. I have been to several gastroenterology but she is offering me tests that none of the other doctors did. I feel extremely confident that she will find out what is causing my condition. Very grateful for her.
