Dr. Li and the post-op nurse, Rebecca Parsons, are amazing medical advisors. They're very good about everything. I've been going to them for almost 20 years, and I'm very happy with them, and I wouldn't change anything, and I would definitely refer them to everybody. Thank you.

Excellent experience, Awesome staff

When someone hasn't been following up after a procedure and they now want to get back on track, making their experience positive will ensure they continue to follow up. Bringing up that they haven't been following up multiple times, and making little snide remarks doesn't promote an environment where the patient wants to continue following up. I will probably look for another Bariatric program where I can go to continue my yearly follow up appointments. Especially since my surgeon is no longer with NW. This was my first encounter with Dr. Li and I wasn't impressed with her bedside manner. I have anxiety and she didn't make me feel comfortable. Then she asked for a hug at the end of the appointment. It was odd. I search for medical providers that I feel comfortable with due to my anxiety. If I have anxiety with a provider, I won't go. Dr. Li didn't seem to make an effort to make me feel comfortable, even though I told her upfront that I had anxiety about my visit. Dr. Li was knowledgeable about the subject matter. I am extremely happy about how the appointment went other than what I noted above.

I have a great provider who unfortunately have a surgical emergency and the appointment was cut short but we did reschedule to new appointment that was based in my preference. I did appreciate the quick turnaround to the next appointment. I do love my provider.

Dr. Li, put in my lapband 15 years ago haven't seen her since 2014. She is great. I realized that I would have come back sooner if I was sent a reminder to have the lap and checked every year or two.

Dr. Li is an asset to Lifebridge! Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication, particularly to her female patients, are unmatched. She is great at active listening and mindful of her patients' struggles and obstacles. As a provider, she educates her patients not just by telling them what's going to happen, but also why. She also provides options and solutions.
